We traveled to Paris for a couple of days and decided to book in this hotel mainly because of the location...and we loved it! Not only the location but in terms of quality/price knowing the Paris standards I have to say I recommend this hotel for a quick trip, because you will be in the centre of all the attractions and its really to be able to walk everywhere without using public transportation Special thanks to the concierge and the reception, very helpful and kind.
Mold on bathroom ceiling. Also the shower glass door was disgusting at the seams. Even a clean towel had old mold stains on it! Very small bathroom and room. The only good thing about this hotel was friendly staff and an excellent and safe location.
Very tiny rooms Bathroom dripping from above unit. Called front desk and conveniently excused of not knowing what to do. What a joke !!! Breakfast was OK which had to pay extra. Called management to refund or atleast call to apologize but guess they don’t care.
This hotel is a pretty good bargain - the price reflects the location more than the quality. Rooms are small, but serve their purpose. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Stayed here one night only, but the surrounding streets are full of cute bars and restaurants.
We spent 3 nights in a superior room. It was very small. Did not match the size depicted on the website. My wife talked to the desk clerk twice but it was supposedly a superior. It worked. Good location for Louvre, Orsay and St Germain area which was important with the transit strike. My biggest complaint was that the lady taking care of the breakfast buffet (10 euros pp) was not doing her job. Food was not replenished frequently enough nor were tables cleaned quickly. My timing for breakfast was good so I was not directly impacted but one morning my wife had to wait while the lady went out and got more croissants. People at the desk were very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. I would read in the lobby area for a couple of hours each evening.
