for a reduced prepaid price, the room is a fairly good deal, smallish single, but on a cheapy style, no plastic glass in bathroom and poor lighting in room, breakfast was like a canteen, stale croissant/bread in a tiny room, the hotel has known better days
Good located, next to underground, train station and restaurants.
The reception and commons areas seem a bit old-fashioned, but room are spacious and modern.
The room could be better with some soundproof, at least in the first floors.

I book in this hotel around every 4 months it's near everything: cinema, McDonalds, Burger King, Fnac, Pharmacie, and many restaurants.

The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small
gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the centre of Paris this neighbourhood has something for every hour of the day.
