OK, it's not a fabulous, luxury hotel, but it is in a great location. Considering that you visit Paris to be out in the city, why would you care for more than a good, comfortable bed, a kind staff and a good breakfast (extra cafe au lait provided)? We spent a wonderful 10 nights at this hotel. Our front room...

Staff is nice, bed was OK, quiet location... but: - Bathroom was horrible (look at the pictures and you will understand). - Breakfast takes place in a tiny crammed hallway - Carpets filthy From seeing some review pictures, I understand that room 51 has not been renovated, still....

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Kensington for four nights in early October 2011. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there! The room was small but clean and plenty big for the two of us and our two carry-on sized suitcases. The bathroom was huge! The staff was very nice and helpful. We were on the front side of...

Having booked this hotel on several occasions I am happy to recommend this accomodation. Yes, the rooms may be small, (but this is typical of small hotels) but the hotel has a lovely ambience. The staff are friendly and the management/proprietor is often at the front desk. Close to many attractions, Eiffel, Napoleon tomb, Roden,Metro,Shops,Restaurants in the locale, and beautiful...

Great hotel three blocks from the Eiffel Tower and a lot else. An old, independent hotel in the heart of the city. Keep the window open for a nice breeze. Small room, as most are in Europe but very comfortable. Great value so close in.

I called the Hotel and was told that there was only one more one left for the date my husband needed it. I booked the Hotel for the one night. My husband's flight was delayed due to very back weather in the US. Once I knew about the delay, I called up the Hotel and told them to cancel the...

Hotel Kensington was a great place to stay in Paris based on location. The Eiffel Tower was right around the corner, and access to the metro was really close as well. The room was VERY small, but the great location made up for that.

Staying at a short walking distance from La Tour Eiffel & Champs de Mars definitely has its benefits. I have stayed in Kensington twice & both rooms were clean & decent. Rooms are slightly smaller compared to other Paris hotels. The rooms were not as sound proof as I wanted them to be. The bathroom was adequate. But the location...

One reason I choose this hotel is its location, very close to Eiffel, 4 minutes walks to subway, 6 minutes walks to Carre-four City minimarket. Close to bus stop. Room are small, moreover the toilet and shower room. I think, an obese man can not take a shower there. Thank God, I am not obese. Most of reception staff were...
