Amazing weekend at 1k hotel! I’ve stayed in a range of hotels in Paris and 1k has by far the biggest, most up to date, and comfortable rooms (including bathrooms!). The air conditioning kept our room cool when we emerged from walking around all day in the summer Parisian heat. The staff was accommodating, offering water bowls or our dog, and also spoke great English. The restaurant attached provided the perfect venue for happy hour drinks (highly recommend the mezcal slushies). Finally the location allowed us to meander down the streets of the Marais, then take the Metro right back to the hotel where a stop is located. Traveling during a pandemic can be stressful, but the professionalism of the staff put any worries at ease. Can’t wait for another weekend at 1k.

I stayed for 7night for work when Paris was a red zone with alerts for Covid-19. Paris was bizarre and empty.
The staffs are very warm and available, ready to reply you with smile. It was a sort of a bubble with full of piece and this made me feel very relaxed and safe from all the things going around from the city.
The rooms has many lights and bright- bathroom is essential but clean. The best part of my staying was the beds. Linens are very crispy & well ironed and the mattress is just too comfortable. Amenities is In decent quality. I didn’t try breakfast / room service but I can tell that will be also well cared.
The only uncomfortable thing is the position of power socket. If you want to use phone while charging, a normal length cable could be little uncomfortable. But the rest is good.
Highly recommended, very good compromise between price-quality 👍

Stayed here for 3 nights between 12 - 15 January 2021. Gabriela was the first person I met there and she was nice and sorted out my booking quite fast. I got room 414 on the fourth floor, the room has a double bed, private bathroom, TV, air con and mini bar. Everything was clean and in order.
The breakfast is delivered to your room during the pandemic and it's deliciously cooked. The staff is accommodating of your needs, I requested double portions one morning and they were more than happy to do so.
There is a gym in the basement with cardio machines and weights. I trained there twice and it is pleasant and quiet. There is a TV that you can use to start music. The gym is air conditioned.
The hotel is in Republique, the area is a busy central with many shops and restaurants. Metro station is like 3 mins walk.
One downside is I couldn't catch the reception 4 out of 5 times when calling from my room. I had to go downstairs to talk to them about my query. Nothing major though.
Overall, great hotel and would book here whenever I come to Paris. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the 1K. Staff was very helpful--at front desk, in restaurant and bars, as well as cleaning and maintenance crew, who quickly replaced a broken coffee machine. The neighborhood is fun to walk around, with many charming bars and restaurants, and it's convenient to the Métro, to get to any sight in Paris that you care to visit. We would definitely return, and recommend to friends.

This hotel is in a great location.
Everyone was so helpful!
The girls at the front desk were all great!! Especially the one with the on point makeup and the other young female both of whom spoke Spanish. The night time guy was so helpful!!! Anything we needed help with he would come up to help( the television, the ac , a replacement sheet). Staff is amazing, those 3 need a raise!
The rooms are on the small size , the shower situation is super odd especially if you are with friends as the glass is see through .
I would recommend this hotel more for couples at least the smaller room.
Overall happy with my stay.

Opted to stay here for a work trip and was pleased I picked this place.
Staff are nice and helpful on check-in, very helpful recommending restaurants, although they did say the Peruvian one on site is particularly good. I took their advice on this and really enjoyed the meal too.
Gym was ok, nothing special but has everything you’d need.

Our room was incredibly spacious, especially compared to other Parisian hotels. We had a standard King room, which came with two sinks and a large closet space. We were instantly comfortable. The bed was comfy as well as the shower and bathroom amenities. The hotel provided complimentary water too, which was nice. The location was very central and easy to access two major metro stations.

The most important things I wanted when booking a hotel in Paris was cleanliness and location. 1K Paris followed through in both.
Regarding cleanliness: Our room was cleaned (vacuumed and mopped every day) and our sheets were changed often during our two week stay. Anytime we needed more towels and toilet paper, it was provided right away. No dust, dirt, or grime in our room. We were so thankful for how clean it was! The room did get hot at night, but opening the windows helped (see below about street noise).
Regarding location: 1K Paris is just a few steps from a metro station and close to the heartbeat of Le Marais. There are great restaurants nearby and the hotel is within walking distance to Saint Germain—our favorite place to visit! Ubers were also easy to get at 1K Paris. It was noisy at night, but closing the windows did the trick to cancel out street noise.
My husband and I talked about whether or not we’d stay at 1K Paris again during our next trip to Paris, and we agreed we would! Thank you, 1K Paris for being a great host during our trip!

The hotel 1k is located in the marais district, one of the hippest districts of paris. The train station and the city center can be reached quickly and easily thanks to the nearby metro station and bus station (approx. 150m). The hotel impresses with absolutely quiet rooms on the inner courtyard side, fantastically comfortable beds and a very friendly staff who fulfill all wishes.

Our visit to this hotel couldn't have been any better. As one of the very few hotels still working in Paris, our stay was very accomodating and the staff was more than helpful. The food in the restaurant was one of the best that I had on my trip; I highly recommend the ceviche.

I’ve heard there is a €100 charge on your card upon arrival. What is this - is it a deposit? Thanks.
yes in deed, its a deposit in case you wish to charge your visits to the Inka Peruvian Restaurant, the hidden bar La Mezcaleria, or any room service and mini bar consumptions. We only take a pre-authorisation at check in which will be released at check out if you dont have any consumptions. That gives you the liberty not to have to pay with card or cash when you are enjoying the food and beverages spaces of the hotel. The 100€ of deposit is per stay regardless of length.
