As a visitor to Paris, you must know one thing, everything is crowded and tiny, and this is perfectly normal. Also this hotel, with it's tiny rooms. But! They are furbished tastefully, french and with everything one can expect for it's level. One thing though, we found the matress a bit too hard, but that's personal taste. And breakfast is... More

Hotel Niel is located in a great location of Paris, just 5 minutes from Metro + 12 minutes from Arc de Triumphe , yet in an area that was not overcrowded with tourists, but instead a Great Parisian Experience of local Parisian residents going about their daily live. This was evident at the local fruit + vegetable. A great variety... More

Some of the staff were a bit prickly and unhelpful, the wifi was very slow *when * it worked, and they were a bit stingy on the toiletries, but the room was clean and fairly spacious (for Paris), the location is good, there were staff (particularly the weekday staff) who were helpful and friendly, and there's free breakfast.

My husband and I have stayed in Paris many times and have always been lucky with our hotel choices. We like to stay in different parts of the city as they all have something different to offer. The Hotel Niel is in a residential neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, shops and market stalls selling fresh produce. Ternes metro is about five... More

I stumbled upon this hotel while trying to find sone deals and I did find one on this hotel.. apart from price there are lot of other good things about the hotel. This is at a very convenient location so the Arc De Triumph is 700 metres from the hotel, you can easily walk. Also the metro station is nearby,... More

Stayed here for 4 days, from Oct. 10-14. Location is great. It is walking distance to the Arch of Triumph, metro station and to our HOHO bus. It is also in close proximity to restaurants, grocery store and a local market. Breakfast is free which is a plus. There's also a free wifi in our room. Our room, bathroom is tiny.... More

Location of the hotel is great, 10 minutes walking from the champs elysees and 3 minutes from the metro station.Nice neighborhood and there is a market in the area where you can buy amazing local options of food, cheese, wine and pastries. The room was small and not sound proof at all! (It was room 002 in the ground floor)... More

We recently stayed here for 4 nights on our recent visit to Paris and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The room was clean and cozy and ideally located within walking distance of the Metro and the Arc de Triomphe. It is located on a quiet side street in a neighbourhood with lots of little shops and... Small, intimate, exceedingly clean hotel. Rooms are small but tasteful and attractive. We had a very comfortable stay in this neighborhood location of shops, markets and apartments. Very lovely place, all around.

very close to l'Arc de triomphe and champs elysees (walking distance) and transportation is easy to get to the touristic buses (bus rouges) or the metro stations. If you're going for more than 4 days to Paris, it might be good to stay half of your vacation at this place and half of it next to Place de La Concorde.
