Great location, not in the tourist centre but right on the Canal which is an easy walk to Gares de l'Est and Nord. Staff were helpful and professional. The room was lovely with nice touches- artistically decorated with good quality toiletries, slippers, a Nespresso machine. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Warm Welcome, high professionalism, nice people. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location near the canal is just perfect. Please just note that it is not suitable for people with a mobility impairment as there is no elevators.

Really nice hotel, not a very central location, but close to train/subway stations (you'd need taxi to the station train if you have to carry you luggage (unless it's trolleys) The staff was helpful, the room was very clean and neat, and I think it's nice to stay in some real, not touristic parts of Paris, and go through the...

We stayed here with our teenage kids for a few days and we loved it. Service was great, the restaurant is lovely and reasonably priced and the location - close to Canal St Martin is really good. It's a 5 minute walk to Gare de l'Est which makes it easy to get around Paris.

I stayed with a friend. We both had really lovely rooms that had been upgraded. They were beautiful and clean. Chloe at the desk was a brilliant host - really helpful and friendly. Warm and inviting. She helped with booking taxis for us - even running outside to make sure the driver didn't miss the hotel. She also provided us...

Staff are superb and smart. I presume ownership is equally smart and aware. Accomadations are as advertised and extensively commented on by others. Restrurant is good and efficient at lunch and dinner and expertly accomadating regarding "important" business lunch/meeting (with thanks). No supprises, no disappointments and no complaints. The teamwork and regard for each other among the staff was apparent...

We were looking for a place close enough to the airport train and the San Martin canal. With it's location and the high TripAdvisor rating the hotel was a perfect fit. It was not the cheapest we could find so we have hoped it will justify the high rating. As we got to the hotel ahead of time we were...

Finding a hotel in Paris from scratch can be a challenge. And you are not really sure how it will work out until you check out. We took a chance on Le Robinet d'Or in Sept. 2016 and are very happy we did. We started with location since we would be arriving at Gare du Nord one evening and departing...
