An incredible gem of a hotel that is small but cosy and convenient. Within a 5-minute walk to Metro Passy Station (Line 6) and a small grocery market (Monoprix), a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower (need to cross a bridge), and right next to a wonderful bakery selling sandwiches and all sorts of tempting sweet pastries! Staff was amazing helping me contact the restaurant where we had dinner the night before to inquire about a lost beanie (found!). Room was just the right temperature for sleeping on those cold mid-January nights during the week we spent in Paris.
My husband and I are on our honeymoon! We stayed here in Paris and were so thankful for the excellent customer service we received by everyone at Hotel Passy. The location was perfect, right around the corner from the Eiffel Tower and we even walked to the Louve Museum. If you’re looking for a friendly and clean place to stay with a view stay here.
We really liked our room. It had a very comfortable bed and the deluxe room had a great amount of room for two people for three days. Bathroom was quite small, but still comfortable, and had a good sized shower. Only a 13 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and each night we did a short walk to get good nights views of it. Staff were also helpful in booking us a morning taxi to the airport and taking our bags out
The hotel was in a great location, close to major attractions, an amazing bakery and lots of restaurants. Also close to Metro stops which was great. We stayed in a triple room which was quite large by Parisian standards and was great. Lugging suitcases up and down the final flight of stairs from the 5th to 6th floor wasn't great but understandable due to the buildings age. The staff were friendly enough although the older lady on reception when asked if she could recommend a restaurant for New Years Eve dinner was not really helpful at all, only gave one suggestion that was not really close and didn't offer to make a reservation for us either, we ended up finding a great restaurant much closer ourselves. The man at checkout, albeit at 6am in the morning was a bit surly also.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, first off the staff are so rude and not helpful. We booked a room with a view but when we arrived the said that our room was cancelled but “luckily” the had another room which was not as nice available … basically sold our room again and gave us a crappy room at the same price..
Very nice physical building in a convenient location, close to Passy metro stop and in a pleasant neighborhood. Breakfast room was a bit tight, and that is the the only criticism I can make. The rooms were spotless and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and excellent in English, which helps when one is not so good in French. We will certainly stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
Excellent , thanks for everything The location be great, very close to restaurants and every part of the city you want to visit . If you are not with car you need do 5 min to the station… the personal be nice and very friendly
Hôtel Passy Eiffel was a delight for our trip to Paris. The front desk staff was always very friendly and were able to accommodate our early arrival. Our room was clean, beautifully designed, and had a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The location was perfect to explore the cute area of Passy and easy to get to all public transportation. We would love to stay here again and would recommend to all.
A the room was very little. The bed was bad. But overall it was clean and cozy so. The price is too high for this room size. At least we saw the eiffel tower from our balcany. The breakfast was not bad.
A small-size and excellent place for a short visit to Paris. Very clean, well-located and staff were helpful and pleasant. Maybe a little expensive, but this is the general case in Paris. Cosy environment with some outdoor options. We are quite satisfied with our experience in this hotel, and consider to come again next visits.
