My wife and I spent 3 nights here for our first trip to Paris. The hotel is in a quite area, but you have easy access to all areas of town. The rooms are a little small but very comparable to what you would expect in New York. I will say the staff is what truly makes this hotel they... More

clean bedroom, modern bathroom, excellent bedding, friendly helpful staff, interesting concept of open bar sweet and savoury during the day, free mini bar (no alcohol) in the bedroom. One particular thing is that it's belong to astotel and you can drop in and use the open bar system

They're brilliant. Rooms are small but well done and everything we needed was there. Breakfast was brilliant, free coffee, free snacks, free minibar. Amazing!!!! I left... More

Hotel was very well located. All means of transport around the corner. Rooms were a bit tiny but well equipped and clean. Complimentary minibar and snacks at reception area. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.

Breakfast was excellent but the staff in the breakfast room were quite rude.location is close the metro station but a long way from most attractions. The main problem was that our room smelt strongly of a mix of raw sewerage and... The stay in this hotel was perfect, it's in a good neighborhood, in Montmartre with a lot of restaurants near. The treatment was very nice and they helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and with typical things of France. In summary when I'll come back to Paris I'll probably repeat again to Monterosa hotel

Good location in Paris, close to the metro station (S. Georges and Pigalle). Rooms are modern and clean, even though a bit small, but this is he Parisian standard, I guess. There are coffee and tea facilities in the room and a big and clean shower. Among positive hings I can also mention the open bar which offers coffee, tea and... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
