Detailed Reviews
We got a great deal on a couple of rooms for a few nights including breakfast. Didn't expect much for such an affordable price in Paris. The location wasn't the greatest, but we figured since it was by a couple of metro stations we'd be ok going into the center of the city quickly. Unfortunately, public transportation was on strike when we arrived. The rooms were better than expected. Beds were comfortable, and cleanliness wasn't an issue. Giving this place 3 stars only cause of the following:
Window blind was busted in one room, so we had to find a solution to cover the window. The breakfast smell that would stink up the rooms in the mornings was quite nasty. BTW we were a couple of floors above the cafe. Water leaking out of the shower was a slight menace. Toilet door without a lock, without a fan, but with a huge gap on the bottom and top was quite ridiculous. Front desk was useless for a couple of simple requests, such as when we asked for one extra pillow and a plate. Person checking us in wasn't the friendliest either.

Nice hotel downstairs with great breakfast. We stayed 4 nights in Feb 22 and the large lounge and bar looked recently upgraded. It was quite impressive and value for money.
Sadly, the rooms are in need of upgrade with dated decor and poor pillows and mattress. The rooms were clean though and the standards checked by management to ensure the servicing was up to standard.
The hotel is 4 mins from metro Corintin on line 7 and about 20-25 mins from Opera. It is also perfectly located for any events at Musique Cite across the canal. There are quite a few bars and restaurants close by on the canal and between the Metros Crimée and Corintin and they are 30-50% cheaper than central Paris.
The canal is perfect for a run/jog if you like to squeeze those into your break.
All in a good value option in Paris.

Simple, but it has everything you need, it's clean, the staff is friendly and dogs are welcome for a small extra charge of 5 euros, there's also a garage where you can park your car for a fair 15 euros - you don't find that everywhere in Paris... The location is also practical, not far from the Péripherique if you arrive by car and similarly close to the Gare de l'Est or Gare du Nord if you take the train. Above all, the bed is comfortable and the rooms at the back are actually quite quiet.

Poo smears on the toilet door and that’s just the start! please see pics.
Arrived after midnight to a freezing cold room, as the window was left open, so slept in a jogging suit with socks! There was a tiny cheap soap bar to wash hands with, with no soap dish. Pillows were cheap and lumpy and was scared to touch door handles/remote etc.
Also on arrival was told I had to pay for my 2 night stay, despite paying on reservation, even had to show my bank statement as proof. After around 10mins was told everything was fine and offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience. However when I went for breakfast was told I couldn’t have it by different staff as it had not been noted. Was a bit annoyed, but afterwards thought I really don’t want to eat from a hotel which has poo on the toilet wall and door. Not to mention the hotel is in need of updating.
Paid £100 for the 2 nights and feel totally ripped off, which put a dampener on my first time break in beautiful Paris!

I strongly advise against this hotel. The worst thing is the lack of professionalism, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Saying they are rude is a compliment. The rooms are small but in the ibis style. Towels are a rare commodity. despite there being three paying people in the room during our entire stay we always had to ask for an extra towel. You have to ask at reception every evening because they don't provide more than two towels. On principle! The cleaning is very questionable. Stained sheets. They don't sweep, they never make the third bed, they don't put toilet paper and we were even left without soap. The location is convenient to the Metro but the line is very uncomfortable and the exit consists of three very steep ramps (if you have a stroller, change exits). The area at night is full of homeless people. The breakfast was plentiful but of poor quality. If you then need a hairdryer you have to pay for it but above all it's incredible for me that you only have to keep it for an hour. So if you want to wash your hair in the morning you first have to get dressed, go down, get the hairdryer then hurry up and take it back to the usual friendly people at the reception. There is parking under the hotel which costs €10 per day. Next to the hotel you can find a supermarket.

In three words, just don’t come. The picture attached to this review were cigarette butts and ashes that I found by my bedside when I got the room I stupidly booked at this filthy hotel. And the mattresses and pillows feel like hard rocks, my wife and couldn’t sleep at night. We spoke to members of the staff about the issue and they said “yes we know about it”. If they know about it why don’t they change it? The owners obviously make a ton of money with this place (which by the way is located in a terrible part of part of Paris), so why don’t even bother to pay for cleaners and mattresses/pillows which are not rock hard?
Worst hotel I’ve ever been to, no exaggeration. And as to the positive reviews written about it here, I don’t buy for a moment they were made by real guests, it’s more likely it’s bots paid by the owners.
So yeah, garbage overall, just don’t come, I give it minus five stars.

Although this is a budget hotel I found very little to complain about during our three night stay in May 2024.
Although not right in the heart of the city, there are two Metro stations a five minute walk in either direction. Gare du Nord is only two stops away on the 5 line so this is a decent option if arriving via Eurostar.
The staff we encountered were all very polite and friendly. Breakfast, served in a room on the first floor was more than adequate, with a decent selection available. Although the room does get busy at peak times. (8-9)
The room itself was basic, no kettle provided. And the temperature fans were basically ineffective so may not be the best place to stay during the height of summer. However, in early May, we had no problems getting a decent nights sleep. The shower does open directly into the bedroom and the toilet is a separate cubicle. The towels provided were thin, but were changed every day.
The local area was quite lively, but a nearby canal and park made the area quite pleasant for walks in the morning.
All in all, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and found the hotel very good if travelling on a budget.

We weren't expecting much as this hotel was listed as a budget hotel, and yet despite our low expectations, everything was extremely atrocious. Below I will detail the various horrible experiences we had during our stay.
1. First, and most importantly, room service tried to unlock our luggage when we were away. On the first day of our stay, we found that the number on our luggage locks were different from when we left the room. Cleaning staff tampered with our locks! We changed the passwords immediately. Luckily, our belongings were safe and we escaped relatively unscathed.
2. Staff were extremely impolite and unwelcoming. They were extremely hesitant to give us towels. The receptionist rolled their eyes at us even when we told them repeatedly that they had only given us 1 towel for 3 people! We weren't allowed any extra towels (more than 3) either.
3. The shower door was leaky, causing water to flood our room every time we so much as turned on the shower! Coupled with the fact that they refused to give us extra towels, the floor became a huge slipping hazard. The shower door was also transparent.
4. There is no store room provided for check out. We had to pay 14€ to store our luggage in 2 dingy lockers that barely fit our largest luggage (which is still rather small). The lockers were confusing to use, so we asked for help from hotel staff, but they shrugged and told us they didn't know how to use the machines! The very machines that were in their place of work! Is it not the staff members' job to help customers navigate the ins and outs of the hotel?
5. Bugs! Many tiny, black bugs flying around in the room!
6. The room was incredibly stuffy, even with the air conditioner on.
Don't waste your money. You deserve better than this appalling treatment.

Very good experience! The hotel is well located, close to metro stations, bus stops and right next door there is a large market and cafes…. Going by train to the main tourist attractions doesn't take that long!… Furthermore, they have a reasonable breakfast and their team is very friendly….
NEGATIVE POINT: the room is small and does not have closets, a minibar or a safe (to store documents). Furthermore, the bathroom sink is outside... the toilet is separate from the shower area, it is not all in one room only…. There is no air conditioning either 🥲…
Overall the hotel is good! We didn't pay too much and we got something very good!

Terrible room, no closet, no safe, no refrigerator.
It is not possible to take a bath properly because the water, in addition to having no pressure, is either extremely hot or completely freezing. The washbasin is inside the room, access to the bathtub is directly from the room and there is no privacy, likewise the toilet, just divided by a door (open at the top and bottom) between it and the bed. Very small room indeed. They say check-out is at 12pm, however, at 11:30am the cleaning staff enter the room with the guests still in the room, and they argue loudly among themselves in the corridors. The breakfast is good and varied and it is next to a supermarket and very close to the metro.

Hi sorry, I don’t know which app is that.. as we didn’t have to use any.
You would need to ask the hotel and I'm sure they will be happy to help if at all possible as they do try to accommodate their guests wherever they can.
