A great place to stay in Paris that is quiet but yet central. Metro is within easy walking distance. Close by shopping and food available as well as a laundromat. I would not hesitate to stay again. Rooms are a bit small, but beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast for the price is excellent.

My 5th or 6th trip back to Hotel Muguet. Still an excellent value,an excellent location close to 2 metro stations, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant professional staff. Catherine has purchased another hotel down the street (Hotel de la Emperatriz) and they are completely renovating it.Should be ready late Fall 2010. Catherines daughter is pretty much in charge of Muguet during...

My husband & I stayed at the Hotel Muguet from May 6 - May 13. For our first visit to Paris, Hotel Muguet was the perfect choice for us. It was in a wonderful location, close to the Eiffel Tower & around the corner from Invalides. Everything a first timer in Paris wants to see is within walking distance from...

Just returned from my second stay at Hotel Muguet. It is quiet, clean and convenient to many of the main sites. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower, Napolean's Tomb and a boat ride on the Seine. The rooms were (we had 3 rooms) good size, comfortable and quiet. The staff at the desk were helpful. Breakfast was...

This hotel just made everything easy, from check-in all the way through to check out. The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were extremely pleasant. The location was ideal, not only were we close to most of the attractions (the Eiffel Tower was maybe a 10 minute walk away) but it was quite and restful as well. We had planned...

The Muguet is a nice and well-managed hotel nearby the Dôme des Invalides. It is in a very quiet neighborhood; the staff is very friendly. Our room was small (and we didn't need a bigger one anyway) but clean and convenient. In contrast to many other hotels in Paris, room rates are very reasonable. Only the breakfast could be cheaper....

This was a clean, reasonably priced hotel in the heart of the city. Five minute walk to the metro, ten minutes or so to the Eiffel Tower. The walls were not the paper-thin ones Paris is known for. We could hear people in the morning, but it wasn't overwhelming. The hotel is on a side street, and very quiet as...

We stayed her for three nights in late May, when the weather turned hot. The hotel is air conditioned, has an elevator, and a good, reasonably priced breakfast. My sister's room had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Very conveniently located, on a quiet street. Receptionist was helpful in steering us onto bus #80 which took us through the city...

I recently got back from my first trip to Paris along with my sister and aunt. We stayed at Hotel Muguet and thought it was perfect for our interests. The hotel is on a quiet street and the staff are all very friendly and helpful even when your French is horrible like mine! The room was actually bigger than I...

I love the Hotel Muguet! Been here before, things have gotten even better with the renovation of the bathrooms and furniture. Nice size room (single), really comfortable bed, great upgraded bathroom.

Neighbourhood Profile
Tour Eiffel / Invalides
With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.
