This is a stylish, tiny hotel in the heart of the best part of Paris; it is high on design and offers extraordinary customer care. The concierge, waiting staff and doorstaff negotiate that fine line between friendliness and familiarity with aplomb whilst the efficiency seems more remarkable than it should because this is something that so many other hotels have...

We could not fault this hotel, I can honestly say that we have never felt as welcome in any hotel, as we did during our stay at at Champs Elysees Plaza. The attention to detail of the staff was exceptional, and even though the service was of a very high standard, they delivered it with a warm friendly manner and...

We drove all the way from Toulousse, which is 6 hours away and stopping to see places on our drive. We were tired and smelly from being outdoors in hot southern france summer and arrived at 3am. The conceirge was extremely welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and let us just leave the car in front of the hotel...

We had a junior suite and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were delighted by the service, the standard of the accommodation, the quality of the furnishing and decor. This hotel is definitely less 'fussy' than some 5 * hotels, but that to us is a benefit, as we don't like to be overly pampered,...

Great location, good service and very large comfortable rooms. Was given a free upgrade on arrival (benefit of staying in a small hotel) the room was perfect with a great view over Pariss. The bathroom had a jacuzzi. The hotel is perfect for relax after sightseen and shopping and it also has a small gym, The only disapointment was breakfast...

We got a junior suite in this hotel which was very close to Champs Elysees, the room however was not as luxury as we would have liked however was roomy enough. The conceirge & front desk was most helpful. I cant say the same about room services though, once the maid came into the room without knocking, apparently she forgot...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comment left on Tripadvisor. We pay attention to every detail of our hotel and our rooms (quality of furniture, fabrics, decoration, arrangements, home products, bed linen and towels ....) and we are sorry that they did not correspond to your expectations. We also apologize for the intrusion of the maid you crossed who did...

I stay at this hotel every year and love the elegant, luxury surroundings; attentive, helpful and welcoming employees; and the security of a small boutique hotel. Just 10 minutes walk from the Cars Air France coach stop from CDG airport at the far side of the Arch de Triomphe. Just a few minutes from 2 useful metro stations on different...

I recommend this hotel in Paris. The location is really good and central. The hotel is very nice, with small apartments. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the choice of colors and materials contributes to the luxury and elegance. The breakfast is good and plentiful. High price.

This hotel was fantastic. We stayed here for a week last may. The suites were wonderful. We traveled with our 2 small children and they loved it as well. Right around the corner from the Champs Elysess and a short walk to many attractions. We deceided that when travelling with the kids we should stay in an area where English...
