As others have said, it's old and cramped. Our room featured a loose sill plate in the door to the bath with screw heads sticking out, crudely plastered wall repairs, just one large towel each, and a toilet closet just big enough to allow shutting the door. The staff was indifferent. We didn't even try the 7 euro breakfast because... More

The Mont Dor is a typical French hotel, the rooms were small but clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The thing that left them down was the breakfast. They ran out of bread etc after we had been served and the people who came down later were fed with bread and croissant taken from the other tables which I... More

We were two couples staying in this place for 2 nights and 3 days. Its a old congested hotel. The rooms are so small that you will bump into the walls if you turn around inside. The service is very bad and not courteous. The guy offered complementary breakfast (though we had not opted for breakfast while booking) and while... More

We stayed here for one night because our booked hotel was overbooked so they put us here. The rooms smelled of smoke and were small and the bathroom extremely tiny, but it's ok if you're just going to spend the night. We were promised free Wi-Fi, the code expired after midnight, so the next day we asked for another code... More

So many times when reading TA comments do people complain about things any realistic person would know they are not going to get in their budget hotel. My review is not a moan, simply how it was. Some of these smaller, out of the way places are sometimes better than the "chain" hotels and we have found some fantastic hotels.... More

The rooms are so small you can hardly move- yet alone the toilet. My partner had his knees touching the door when on the toilet- that is how small it it. The carpets are old and very dusty. We kept sneezing, had to air the room everyday. Therr moulds around the shower. The place in general smells very mouldy. I... More

Yes it is small. And it was incredible to see such a small bathroom. The location is quite good - nearest metro was probably Rome. We got a room in 3rd floor and had to drag the heavy luggage up & down through the narrow staircase. No one to help out with. Room was clean enough. We had requested for... More

We stayed for 3 nights & it was a true French experience. Clean & comfy rooms, quite small with small lift access but all we needed as we were out through the day. Our room had a nice big window to let fresh air in which was great. 5 min walk to metro station 'Rome' which was pretty easy to... More

The location was nice and handy to the Montemarte / Moulin Rougue / Sacre Coeur and within reasonable walking distance to Rome station. Our room was absolutely tiny but was clean and tidy and did I mention the room was tiny.... The bathroom was behind the elevator shaft and showering meant one had to be very careful not to knock...
