Tour Eiffel ! Trocadero ! Statue de la Liberté ! I AM PASSIONATELY 16TH ARRONDISSEMENT The thirty chic, quiet, tasteful rooms of this beautiful Haussmann era-style hotel reflect the reinvigorated dynamism of the 16th arrondissement, one of the most beautiful districts of Paris, which has become the hot new trendsetting destination in the capital. We can no longer keep a count of the newly fashionable and cool places in this district. Quietly and discreetly, it has undergone a velvet revolution and around the typically Parisian Halles de Passy covered market, we are now seeing a colourful and exciting explosion of fashion and decor shops, health-oriented eateries, designer restaurants, hot trattorias, dreamy pâtisseries and popular cocktail bars. The 16th has even seized the environmental awareness initiative by becoming the greenest district in the capital ! By strolling through the Jardin du Ranelagh and the greenway of the Petite Ceinture former railway line, by way of embassies and consulates, you arrive in less than a quarter of an hour at the Bois de Boulogne - the Parisian version of Central Park – where you’ll find the Fondation Louis Vuitton and the Parc de Bagatelle, as well as world famous sports venues such as the Parc des Princes, the Hippodrome de Longchamp and the Stade Roland-Garros. There’s a chic and cool movement underway around Passy, La Muette and the Jardin du Ranelagh. Lovers of the quarter who delight in staying here include diplomats, cultural professionals and higher education specialists, as well French and foreign tourists who have fallen under the spell of the timeless and arty DNA of the 16th arrondissement… In harmony with its setting, the hotel has a relaxed, bourgeois and warm ambience complemented by modernist and contemporary works of art, as well as both vintage and designer furniture. The hotel’s owner was formerly an antique dealer at the Marché Paul Bert of the world-famous Puces de Saint-Ouen flea market and her architect son designed a contemporary decor for her establishment that is totally inspired and in tune with the times. To give our guests ample opportunity to relax, the hotel’s two lounges await with their well-stocked library filled with works on art and literature for the more serious-minded and books and magazines on decoration, cooking and tips on getting the most out of Paris for everyone else! You are welcome to curl up on the soft sofas to enjoy coffee or tea, unless you prefer to sit in the inviting vintage courtyard... If you like minimalist and contemporary spaces, opt for the quiet and chic attic rooms with their Flos lighting. On the other floors you have a choice of different styles, depending on whether you select the Classic, Superior or Deluxe categories of rooms. Some have planted balconies or terraces, but all are equipped with furniture chosen with care from among the creations of renowned architects/designers such as Eames, Mies van der Rohe and Starck, tastefully arranged lighting, up-to-the-minute bathrooms with baths or walk-in showers and, everywhere, works of art from the hotel collection. The air-conditioned rooms are cool in summer and heated in winter by our good old central heating and its cast iron radiators. All the super comfortable beds are made in Brittany, and the welcome products are supplied by Maison Payen (1730) in white olive oil, saffron and midnight jasmine. Breakfast is prepared using fresh and locally sourced produce and served in the attractive dining room or in your own room and, during warmer weather, in the interior courtyard. Welcome to Hôtel Beausejour-Ranelagh !

I selected this hotel because of the location, close to some friends that I was visiting. It proved to be absolutely exceptional! Apparently one of the owners has collected lovely antiques, and each room is individually decorated with stunning antiques, gorgeous fabrics, and original, contemporary art. The effect is that of visiting an exquisite French home. Moreover, the bedding is superb, and all the amenities are special, such as the wonderful Japanese tea pot, and high quality tea in the room. Unlike most hotels, the bath tub is comfortable, as is the bathroom layout. The breakfast too is exceptional, with attention to detail and various needs of guests. The neighborhood too is one of the best in Paris, with authentic, not touristy dining available. All in all, this is a hidden gem, with a good value. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring and knowledgeable.

I stayed with my sister and her one year old and it was perfect. The breakfast was really tasty and you can notice that it is a family run hotel in the best of ways, very nice staff. They had a baby bed we could borrow for free and the room was very clean and cozy. Nice view on the street and a little French balcony. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant! Best/ Tora

Hotel hosts were extremely friendly. Front office was very flexible and responsive, always making sure we felt at home while finding solutions to all requests. When it comes the hotel’s decoration, the lobby is well decorated with design furniture, and hotel holds a cozy outdoor terrace.
