The hotel is clean, good staff and maintained at a affordable price. I went with a family of four and hence it was difficult to find a suite , however this fits our bill. The hotel has been renovated and the wash room furniture and decor is clean and maintained clean an important criteria when you come to your room...

This was the worst hotel I stayed in on my EU WORLD WIND TOUR!! It was NOT CLEAN!!! Bed bugs, bugs that looked like cockroaches and horrible carpet!! I don't mind staying in budget friendly hotels as long as they are CLEAN!!!!!!! This was not one of those! The lobby and restaurant are the best parts of the hotel. The...

Stayed here only one night. It has a bit of a hostel-like feel to it, and the rooms are very small. Cleanliness wasn't the greatest...some weird items stuck on the wall and dustballs accumulating in the corners. However, for one night, it was acceptable. Notre-Dame Cathedral is about a 15-20 minute walk away. Customer service was excellent- kudos to Jerome...

A very bad experience in Campanile Paris Est Porte De Bagnolet, near Gallieni Metro station. The staff are rude and unhelpful, serve guess with impatient attitude, especially staff in lobby and restaurants. And they don't speak a good English. The rooms are very small and smelly. The bathtub is positioned in a weird angle which makes the bathroom easily flooded...

I recently visited Paris as a young couple and couldn't fault this hotel and the staff were lovely. The location on the other hand was terrible, we have never felt so unsafe walking around. The taxi driver from airport told us to hold our bags and watch our money and cards as they will be taken. We walked to hard...

This is one place I would recommend you stay while you visit Luis Blanc in France. Just a walking distant to the train station. Everything you would want is just in the neighbourhood. Supermakets, Banks, retaurants, and recreational facilities are available.

Great location and acceptable accommodation are totally overlapped with slow, unprofessional and unpleasant personnel. If you need help or info don't expect it from hotel, and show your calm since they need a lot of time to pay attention to you if you are on order desk. They openly show "I don't care about you" behavior. Price is not followed...

Cancelled our reservation without notice. Left us on the street to fend for a new place. They did not offer to call ahead to a new possible opening. No offer to call cab. Too quick to hustle us out. Only travel fatigue kept down my anger.
