A true Parisian experience in a young and vibrant neighborhood. Perfect location if you want to be mixed with a cool and hype French crowd. For party, you are almost front of rue de Lappe, a street full of bars and night club.
Very cute hotel! Loved the breakfast. The hotel is very accessible to restaurants and bars around the Bastille area which is a very hip place! Rooms are a it small but it's Paris! :) Would stay here again definitely!

Bastille and Oberkampf are lively parts of town made for entertainment. During the day rows of unassuming bars welcome customers for a bite or a drink, but it’s at night this area really comes to life. Students and young professionals fill the busy bars around Bastille and Oberkampf. At Place de la Bastille, crowds flock to the Opéra Bastille in the evening and groups wait for coveted tickets during the day. Towards
Republique, skateboarders practice their tricks while others chill out at the square. If you’re looking for late-night revelry, this is your neighbourhood.

There is a train station on the grounds of CDG. It is a 10-15 minute walk however to the station. It is a commuter train and does take you to the core of Paris. Yes there is a mini fridge in every room. Tip would be to download Google maps offline. Does not use data and you can follow along your exact location when you are on the train or walking around. Worked like a champ for us.
