I just loved the location in the 10th arrondissement. Like the street of Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, lots of wonderful street food restaurants, delis, cheap student bars and multicultural vibe there. But the wifi didn't work well enough at all. That's not too much to ask. The place is pretty worn so the price should be very low.

Just had a long weekend in Paris with my boyfriend. The hotel is in a very central location. Near lots of coffee shops & restaurants (republiqué). Metro station is also very close! There is a spanish bar called "Vamos" just across the road. It really worth a visit. Room was small, however bed was good and there was a powerful...

Where to start? Graffiti still on walls in room, building works opposite, leaking toilet, room so small bed was against radiator and window, room next doors toilet broken as well so it constantly flushed, door wouldn't lock, safe wouldn't open, bed was broken, worst room I've ever stayed in...........and that's the good points! I'd rather sleep on the street

There were good and bad points to my stay in this hotel. The bedding was nice...bed sheet, duvet, pillowslips were all clean, white, unstained. (Three pillows provided, soft medium and firm.) But there were stains (or possibly bleached marks) on the carpet. It's an old building, of course, so it's not pristine, and the room was small, but that's to be expected....

Heater not working. You can hear the wind howling thru the windows. Staff so, so. Almost as if their doing me a favour. Was a convenient location and when it's colder inside than outside. Take a pass.

This is supposed to be a budget hotel but I received great value for money, considering the price, i was impressed by the room - spacious and comfortable with large windows that open out onto almost a balcony - very french, the view, the location ( close to La Republique, Jacques Bonsergent and Chateau d'eau stations) and of course the...

This is a pleasant and relaxed old style French Hotel Hotel does have a lift and although old style the rooms were well equipped with TV, Ensuite and even Hair Dryer. It has a great location just off La Republic. The area/locality is pleasant (I was surprised to see that at the moment there are quite a few areas of...

Good hotel for a short stay. Helpful staff. Close to the Metro and right in between what I would call a true Parisian neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel. Close to all the sites you want to see in Paris

Just got back from this hotel and it was perfect for what we needed and what we paid for. I personally loved the old French style and was one of the reasons why I booked it. The staff were friendly, helpful and not over bearing which is great. The location was perfect for us as it was great for lots...
