Nestled away from the city center, the Bloom House Hôtel & Spa is celebrated for its inviting decor and bright atmosphere. Guests rave about the comfortable, well-adorned rooms, despite noting limited storage space. The friendly and welcoming staff are widely praised, although some suggest a need for more attentive service.
While some visitors feel the pricing—particularly for breakfast—could be more aligned with the services, others consider it reasonable. Cleanliness is a high point, with the spa and pool being popular for relaxation, aside from mentions of extra costs and pool temperature concerns.

Detailed Reviews
I travelled to Paris on a solo trip and felt more than comfortable at the Bloom House hotel. The location is not marked as excellent purely because it is not in close proximity to the city centre and therefore not really walkable however, it is more than accessible through other means of transport. There is plenty to see close by and no more than 20 minutes in a taxi to most tourist locations. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, most speak excellent English and those that don't were certainly more fluent than any attempts I made in French so that was especially appreciated. The rooms are welcoming and comfortable, though not really catering for you having much stuff so you might find you don't have anywhere to hang or put cases out of the way. Overall the hotel is beautiful, calm and relaxing, and the Spa and Pool area is a safe haven and the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

From the moment we entered we had the impression of having traveled a little further than France☀️
Beautiful patio, very nice wellness area, a very original swimming pool, the decor is just magnificent, and impeccably clean👌the idea of providing water fountains is really great✨thanks for the planet👌
The cocktails are original and very good, I particularly like the breakfasts and for once I was very spoiled 😊, everything is fresh and really delicious 🙏a small downside on the cappuccino in the machine, not good, on the other hand thanks to the staff who made us a real cappuccino every morning 🙏
The staff is really very kind and pleasant at all levels.
The only negative point for me was the size of the room, the lack of storage, so maybe this was due to the fact that the reservation was made by a partner, in this case private travel? Because the majority of rooms had a small balcony? Well we didn't miss it too much given the outside temperatures 😉also the New Year's Eve with a really excessive noise level for our taste
This will not prevent us from coming back and recommending you to our acquaintances because it was really very pleasant to stay at Bloom House 🙏🫶

A very conveniently placed Hotel a stones throw from
Gare Du Nord train Station with very friendly and accommodating reception staff. The buffet breakfasts were superb. The room was spotless but very small with very limited space to put clothing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and would certainly consider staying g again when next in Paris.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, and the spa is a must-visit with a lovely pool and sauna. However, please be aware that the staff appears to have limited training and a lack of management presence. On the positive side, housekeeping provided excellent service.
The footpath in front of the hotel is incomplete, with potholes and exposed electrical cables, which can be somewhat dangerous, especially in the evening.
The breakfast is overpriced for a self-service offering, especially considering the use of a cheap automatic coffee machine. When I requested a proper coffee, I was charged an additional 6€. The lighting in the lobby and restaurant is excessively bright both day and night, which is not very environmentally friendly. Please also check for foils or plastic on the bread when it is served.
One significant issue I encountered was that my blazer was sent to the laundry on the day of my arrival and was supposed to return the next day. Unfortunately, I only realized on my last night when packing that my jacket had not been returned from the laundry. After I inquired at the reception on the 4th night, they managed to locate it but still wanted to charge for it.
Overall, this hotel has the potential to be one of the best 4-star hotels in Paris with proper training for the staff, including knocking on doors and waiting for guests to open, serving wine with precise measurements, and responding to issues with a sincere apology rather than just putting up a sign. Additionally, the door between the pool and the spa slams loudly, making it difficult to relax at the pool lounges. They should also provide extra hangers when more than one person is staying in the room for more than two nights.
In summary, this is a good hotel in an okay area, but the pricing should reflect the service standards. I may return for another assessment December

The hotel is beautiful, picture friendly. Staff in reception are young and seemed to lack experience and had problems with English. I had problems with check-in as the other person in my company couldn’t make it. The reservation was made on his card and non refundable, but they demanded a creditcard in my name and would not let me into my room until it was in order. All though i made it clear they were supposed to charge the card used for the reservation (which would have been charged anyway had i not been there). I had to wait for 3 hours, and received no apology after.
Tried to order room service, but was hung up on several times and ended up ordering on UberEats in stead. No minibar. Pool was beautiful, but a bit cold. Area is dodgy and wouldn’t stay here again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. Indeed, in all hotels in France it is necessary to have with you the bank card used for the reservation in order to avoid fraud. Our staff at the bar and restaurant on the ground floor were at your disposal and available to serve you as best as possible. We hope that during one of your next stay we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again and that we will be able to give you another experience.

It's difficult to choose between the "Average" and "Very good" rating. Good seems the most appropriate rating. The hotel is pleasant, the decoration is neat, the swimming pool area is a big plus, it is very successful, the gym and the SPA too. Concerning the room, it is relatively small with a cramped bathroom but hey you are in Paris. The area is not the most popular but access to the RER Metro is very simple and the price is in line with this area. The bedding is not exceptional. The products served at breakfast are of standard quality BUT the big negative point lies in the fact that the room staff is ghostly, completely absent, no one welcomes you, no one gives you an explanation, you sit down and do your thing. life. The first day everyone was busy moving tables and chairs. First time I've seen this in a 4 star hotel... We won't come back but I recommend to staff needing a nice hotel in the north east of Paris.

A superb quiet, serene and relaxing place in the heart of Paris! The staff is very courteous and discreet, the rooms are beautiful and zen, and the decoration is of absolute purity. The most important thing about this Inn is undoubtedly the relaxation area where swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna are highly appreciated.
I strongly believe that this Inn will become our favorite base for our future Parisian getaways!!!!

Lovely space, polite and helpful staff, spacious classic double room and convenient for the gare du nord. The spa area was totally perfect. Couldn’t fault anything at all with the stay! The food and drinks are a little pricey but given the quality of the hotel it is not surprising and there are little shops, take always and bistros close by if you want to find something cheaper.

Always as good, location, welcome service of a superior level.
The superior room with balcony on the 6th floor, from which you can see the Sacré Cœur, is exceptional, spacious with sufficient storage.
The spa area, swimming pool with multiple jets, sauna, gym is more than pleasant
Breakfast is good
Having tested different 4/5 star Parisian establishments, this one is unbeatable value for money so much so that from now on we come there for 2 nights and surely more in the future

Wonderful stay! We were seduced by the setting and above all, by the friendliness of the staff. The room was very comfortable and decorated with great taste (a small fridge would have been a plus). The spa is magnificent and very well equipped, a moment of well-being in the middle of this bustling city.
The icing on the cake: cocktails to die for, made for a professional, very kind and attentive team!
The neighborhood is not the most beautiful but the location for visiting Paris is very good, 5 minutes walk from a metro station (prefer the Château Landon station and absolutely avoid Stalingrad)
