Nice hotel, with beatifully designed quiet rooms, satisfying breakfast-buffet, friendly staff, near metro station and city center. Unfortunately there were repeatedly problems with bathroom supply as shower gel and toilett paper.

Good hotel small but expected this. Reception staff friendly close to gare de nord and walkable to Notre dame etc. Near to supermarkets and two different metro stations within two mins. Not nicest area but no trouble and so close to the stations it wasn't an issue. Reception friendly and helpful.

The room was very small, uncomfortable and didn't smell very well. So small, that there was no space for the luggage. The bathroom floor had a hole. The room didn't have any privacy because from the small widows you could see the inside of the neighbor houses.

We visited Paris for a week in March 2017 and stayed 6 people in 3 rooms, I sent my family for the first 4 days and then joined them.My family couldn't speak French and English either but I managed everything by phone with hotel and every thing were successful. They changed my mum's room as her favor twice with very...

Convenient location, 2 min walk from metro, clean rooms, friendly and helpful reception staff, felt safe in rooms. Somewhere to store bags if you have a late flight/train and want to go out for the day after checkout. Was able to print Disneyland tickets for us. Small room, tiny shower however it was all very modern and clean. Tea and...

Rooms are clean, but wifi is very bad and location isn't as central as we had hoped to tourist attractions! Staff was friendly, it gets the job done if you are looking for somewhere to stay on a budget! We stayed for 5 nights and everything went well, also beware of the extremely small showers!

They didnt accept our early check in . We wasted our times waiting for room instead of Paris . Rooms are very narrow . Bathroom and bed are almost adjoining. When you leave bathroom, you directly face to face with bed . There are no place to put the luggages . Wardrobe is very small . It is not enough...

All 3 members of the staff I met were very helpful. They was always willing to go the extra mile to get you the information you needed and were always willing to try and assist. The room isn't very big, and the hotel itself is a very short walk from two metro/subway stations. Locally there are plenty of food options,...

The room very tiny but beautiful. I was there with my mom, for us was enough but i don't know if for a couple it will be ok. It could be cleaner, but it was nice. The persons working at the hotel were nice. Just one thing, we should leave the key at the front desk when leaving and one...
