I lodged at Le Grand Hotel de Normandie for 3 nights in September 2013. Don't let the exterior of the hotel fool you, while the street is narrow and the main entrance and lobby is small, the hotel itself feels new and the rooms are spacious. The front lobby staff spoke good English and were friendly, none of the stereotypical...

Was happy with my choice of Hotel for a 2 night stay in Paris. Hotel is in a decent location close to Metro and in walking distance to some attractions. Room was small with very little storage space for clothes etc, but very clean and adequate for our stay. Would stay here again if coming back to Paris

The hotel is optimally located across from the St. Lazare train station. Easy access to Metro, RER (including airport) and SNCF trains. And cabs readily available. The rooms are small and sparsely, but comfortably, furnished. Bed are quite comfortable and the bathrooms were recently upgraded. The breakfast is not very good. The staff - particularly the day staff - speaks...

I like this Hotel because it's accessible and convenient to St. Lazare Metro and Railway stations. I would stay here again on my next trip. It is also near to Paris Du Nord station, taxi cost is less than 10.00 Euro to Hotel. Also not far from CDG Airport.

The location of the hotel is ideal. It is in walking distance of many of the popular attractions and across the street is Saint Lazare metro station. However, don't count on the hotel staff to help you figure out the Metro. However, the staff did warm up to my sister and I by the end of our stay. Once you...

We arrived and the front desk upgraded us to a suite so we had lots of room. This hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a 3 star hotel but is close to some great shopping however we didn't find any great resteraunts in the area. I would say for the price it is a...

We stayed for three evenings in July and had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean and modern a real "find" in Paris. The location was perfect for our needs just steps from Gare St. Lazare and a short walk to Galaries lafayette and many wonderful restaurants. The view from our room was wonderful. I would definitely stay here...

This was a perfect location for a night in Paris since it is across the street from St Lazare. Easy walk to Opera and major shopping. The rooms are small, clean with nice size bath. Note, there is almost no storage if 2 people are staying and want to unpack. The front desk daytime person was very helpful with dinner recommendations...

Very impressed with the service. The manager himself takes care of customers. Great location across from St Lazare train station and Metro, the food market located at the -1 level of the train station makes your life very easy. Close to a pedestrianized street where you have two restaurants. Short walk to Galeries Lafayette, Printemps and the Opera. Good size...

Highly recommended 3-star hotel. Great location across from Gare St Lazare (metro and trains) - there is a shopping mall in the station with food market for stocking up on supplies. The Metro gets you to any major sights in minutes (hint: download "Metro 01" android app for navigating Paris Metro quickly from any stop). Room was quite small, but...
