Very clean hotel, in a nice neighborhood, close to the champs elysees, metro and RER stops. Room a bit dated but very clean and quiet. Recommended for a few days in Paris. You can buy breakfast on the place rather than include it in the booking.

It's hard to rate hotels in Paris; the rooms always seem to be the size of closets and a bit antiquated. With that said, this hotel might deserve a 4 star rating with respect to other establishments in Paris. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. I found a distinct lack of electrical outlets; there was one for charging...

Great place in the heart of town. A very nice breakfast buffet, with fresh orange juice from an automated machine that cuts and squeezes the oranges. Pretty cool. Quiet and safe. Rooms very small but the price can't be beat.

We have used this hotel four or five times, always with satisfaction. It is not in the hub of the city, but the Metro (Porte de Champerret) and buses are handy, and the Etoile is a 15 minute walk away. Clean rooms, good breakfasts, excellent staff.

Yes the rue Jean Baptiste Dumas in Paris 17th arrondissement (district) is very quiet But no glamour and no charm here. its the kind of hotel I use for last minute trips to Paris, just for a room, a bed and a shower. I get in late evening Andy leave early next morning. room 12 this time was fairly noisy...

I would really like to keep this my personal secret when travelling to Paris, wouldn't want the hotel to become too popular ... but agree this sounds very selfish! All in all this is a good value for money hotel with a decent breakfast. But please don't spread the word around!

The hotel is located inside Paris, quite close to an underground station. It is easy to move by underground/metro for visiting Paris. The hotel is clean and the bedroom correct. Single rooms are small but acceptable. The bed is comfortable and we sleep well.

From the moment we arrived arrived, tired from the long flight, we loved the place. Our room was ready even though it was only 9:30 am. Every person we met from the front desk staff to the servers at the breakfast to the cleaners were really nice. The breakfast was good with choices from cheese to eggs and fresh rolls...

Had trouble looking for the hotel when I arrive. Luckily some Parisian helped us to find it. From the metro station, it takes around 8 - 10 mins to go around some small street to locate the hotel. Was told by that Parisian that this hotel location is pretty safe and after a few days I can confirm it sure...

Courtesy, tidiness and quietness are the key benefits of this small hotel, that offers the typical quality of a family managed business. Affordable price with a great price/quality balance. Quiet neighborhood. I will consider it again for future visits to Paris.
