We were due to stay in the Hotel Georgette on Friday 18th August. When we arrived to the hotel the receptionist was honest from the start and explained the air conditioning was broken and they wouldn’t be able to fix it over the weekend. She was polite and respectful and explained that we could have a full refund if the room was too hot. We went up to the room and due to the 31’ heat outside the room on the 6th floor was hotter than a sauna. We found an alternative hotel and I had a full refund for the room on the following Monday.
Unfortunately we were unable to stay in the hotel however I will praise the honesty and politeness of the staff and the swift process of a refund!

I loved the Hotel Georgette, a small and intimate space well-located to the metro system. The place exuded charm as did the people. From the changing faces at the front desk to the young woman in the cafe who made my coffee each morning, they could have been a wonderful array of characters in a sitcom. Nothing pretentious about the HG, but they always took care of what needed attention. Small rooms on a bit of a noisy street; by the ten of us (all family) loved it. They took care of us.

We returned to the hotel after 9 years from our last trip to Paris. The room was lovely and the bed is probably the best I’ve ever slept in. A new addition was the cafe at the front of the hotel. We actually thought this took away all the ‘charm and boutique’ feel the hotel had before. Also, we had breakfast today and were told what was on offer. No fruit, yogurt etc and a very small glass of orange juice. The photo on the website shows a buffet style breakfast which actually doesn’t exist (maybe you could update your website on this) We both would’ve loved another glass of orange but the staff (including the receptionist) were run off their feet, so we didn’t bother! When we arrived on Saturday we were told by the receptionist that the hotel could arrange our taxi for Monday morning at a set price of €60. I was delighted with this and rather than booking online I booked our taxi for 9.45am this morning with the receptionist. I checked again yesterday with reception that our taxi was still ok and was reassured it was. However the receptionist today couldn’t find the booking and called the taxi company who said it wasn’t booked. I was furious about this as I’d double checked yesterday. All she could do was call a taxi (which she did) told me we’d have to pay whatever the cost was as it wasn’t their usual taxi company and to wait outside. The stress that put on us at the end of our trip was unforgivable!!!!! How could they get this SO wrong?

Extremely helpful staff - especially the two receiptionsts who book restaurants for us and gave much helpful shopping advice. Breakfast very good - excellent coffee. We had a superiour room that was quirky and very comfortable and warm. Couldn't be better. Will return.

Very nice hotel, located in an excellent area, close to Metro/Train station.
Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean.
The only minus in the hotel is the size of the room, small 12 meters, so if you like big rooms, not for you.

Great vibe and great staff. Very cosmopolitan vibe. Loved the lighting in the bathroom walls. Nothing was a problem and was greatful to have air-conditioning as Paris was hiting mid 30's in temperatures. They also looked after my bag after checkout as I had a late journey to the Netherlands.

A very nice hotel with a great cafe at the bottom. Everyone and I do mean everyone at the hotel was exceptionally sweet and friendly. They were like friends that were glad to see you. We have stayed at much more expensive hotels but never felt as much as home as we do here.

I have stayed in this hotel about more than 20 times by now, as I do regular business trips to Paris 3-4 times a year. I really love it, because there are not too many rooms, the rooms are modern, the people working there are truly all very kind, the mattress is so good (important point for me, as I always have trouble to sleep, but never here), the breakfast is nice and finally it is located in the middle of Paris.
