We (my wife and I) stayed for a week early - mid July. Got a pretty good deal directly from the hotel's own online reservation. The room was a bit small from North American standard (and nothing wrong with that), but was way better maintained than most other three *** hotels in major European cities. Management was willing to help...

The staff are extremely friendly. I forgot my adaptor for charging my phone and they provided. I also asked for ice and the staff also gave me some. The hotel is very clean. Air-condition is very good. Few minutes to the Metro Station and lots of restaurants in the area. Very quiet neighborhood. There's bakery, small fruit store and a...

Breakfast seems to be included when we checked in - they did not told us that is cost extra 12Euro per person!! Not to bad breakfast but not worth 12EUR. Rooms are clean and nice - bathroom pretty tight.. Friendly receptionist during daytime. Simon

An unassuming hotel, the facade smartened up and a pleasant reception area, set in a narrow street with little traffic, but plenty of bustling life in the area roundabout with small shops and businesses. The service at reception was very efficient and friendly. Our room was very small as was the bathroom. There was nowhere to put an opened suitcase...

France has a little bit of what Liz Lemon describes in the Stone Mountain episode, "Why is everything a little bit different here?!" 5 stars for excellent customer service. Dai at the front desk easily spent a total of 3 hours helping me find a proper mobile plan, contacting their customer service, and finally configuring my phone to the proper...

Dear Sir We are very glad that you enjoy your stay in Paris. I hope that you found help for your trip in France. Despite the size of some rooms, we insist on 2 things : custermer service and cleanliness.

The staffs were kind and helpful, the hotel is very close to metro station. The room was clean and comfortable. No doubt I would like to stay here for the next time, too ! (if go to Paris again :-P) Btw, the Korean restaurant called "BONG" at the same street was super... The BBQ, a must try!

It is a 3 star hotel, very clean and very friendly staff, small but nice room, the bathroom is a little tight, but this is the Paris standard, if you compare the cost is an excellent choice, if you want larger rooms and bathrooms you will have to pay a triple... this is Paris. Staff speak English and Portuguese as...

For the price & location this is a nice hotel, comfortable and clean but small rooms. Good location for METRO access, our room backed on to an alley which would have been noisy if we left the window open. English speaking staff if you forget a french word or two, very helpful and friendly. If you're over 6ft probably going...

On arrival was shocked by just how small our room was but the shower room was lovely and all was very clean. It's really a single and not a double.Resisted the urge to check out at once and after that the place grew on us. Don't stay here if you have loads of luggage and clothes as there is very...

As is the case in Paris, there wasn't much room - either in my room, or at breakfast, but this was my only real complaint. The breakfast was really nice - bread and pastries. The hotel was really close to the Metro and easy to find, and the price was reasonable. Certainly perfect as a base - I was out...
