The hotel is in a very good location and offer family rooms (we were in 5 people at 157€/night); beds are confortables but the furnitures of the rooms and the bathrooms are old and need a complete renovation.

The hotel room we had for 2 people was very small (room 302)....but we only tried to sleep, all other time was sight seeing time. We did have difficulty sleeping due to loud shouting disturbances outside beside the hotel and that is why we do not recommend this hotel. Otherwise the staff were all very helpful to book us atxi...

Nicely located, nice rooms, clean, courteous people, good food, in the heart of cafe's, bakeries, and shopping along the way down Rue de Rivoli. Local transportation close to the RER and metro. Within walking distance to Notre Dame and Pont Neuf on the Seine.

Rooms look nothing like online pictures, very bad smell in bathroom, room was in poor conditiok with ripped wallpaper and very old furniture in a poor state of repair , some breakfast items were inedible - scrambled eggs that must have been lying for a long time and were hard, lamps in bedroom didn't work

Look, the hotel is old so it obviously isn't going to have the nice finishes that come with newer hotels, however it does its job. It is clean, neat and tidy. The bathroom facilities work. Friendly staff and best of all it is situated in a great location close to the touring hot spots. You can take the subway from...

A lovely little room in a great location, option to have breakfast but we didn't use it as there are lots of little places all around, on the doorstep to Les Halles, Electric blackout shutters on windows, bathroom could do with an update but is perfectly suitable. a lovely place to stay

The location of the hotel is great. There are some great bars around and of course the Louvre is just down the road. But the hotel itself was very bog-standard. Really nothing special. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, the minibar wasn't stocked up and the lady at the desk was a bit clueless about directions to the main...

Staying in Les Halles

Neighbourhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
