This is an old hotel in the best location of Paris. Do not expect too much from the hotel itself but hotels vicinity is great such as restaurants and metro access. Rooms are clean and everything is practical and convenient. Staff are helpful
Nice clean hotel, rooms small but functional. Nice bathroom. Close to metro, cafes food outlets, and Republuque Square. Staff very helpful, even had a fan in the room. We had a front room but surprisingly, very little steeet noise.

The hotel is just steps from Republique square and there are at least two bus stops that I can remember that are located around the square. Line 20 took us to the Opera and we went down to Notre Dame by bus but I can't remember the line number. If you get a map from the Metro ticket window make sure it has the bus lines too and you will have an easy time getting around.
