I just didn’t a few days back in what I consider my Parisian place and I cannot support this place enough. The manager at Reception is so kind and welcoming and everybody is trying to please you with a smile! I tried to have their brunch but the were fully booked :/ in my souvenirs it was really good so looking to forward to come back for a few days and enjoy again. Thank you to all the team for all of your kindness

Not my first time at the Bel Ami and certainly not the last! The hotel is so quiet, pleasant, tasteful and clean. An oasis in the heart of the best area in Paris. For starters, the staff is amazing, so so so helpful, always on top of things, caring, super nice and polite. I enjoy above all the concierge service. Christophe is the best! But the other are not less. I love the breakfast, everything is fresh and tasty and precise. I love the small but perfectly furnished room and bathroom, they are quiet, well maintained. Would there be any issue at all, the staff would probably make every possible effort to help. Last but not least, the hotel location. Thank you so much for another perfect stay in Saint Germain !

The great: Location Reception staff Bathroom in room The ok: Friendliness of concierge, Gym The bad: Embarrassingly small room A lackluster breakfast Spa (4 rooms attached to the gym) had 2 services, both bad. Hotel Bel Ami positions itself as a luxury 5 star hotel in the St Germain district. Paris does have some Palais designation 5 star hotels, which are exceedingly nice / impressive. While not comparing this 5 star hotel to those, for ~$500/ night it felt like we were in a holiday inn. Breakfast was manageable, spa was awful, no lunch or dinner available except at this tiny bar off the lobby? Concierge was helpful, but seemed uninterested in doing his job. Having stayed globally at 100+ 5 star hotels, including in Europe, and other hotels in Paris I feel confident in saying this hotel doesn’t come close to 5 star. While perfectly acceptable, manage your expectations of staying here. There are other boutique hotels in St Germain that look equally as nice at 3.5-4.5 star for 1/2, 1/3 the price.…

Usually and as you can see through comments here, our guests love our different categories of rooms from Apartments to Classic rooms, as well as our quality of service. As we did not have any opportuniy to know about your disatisfaction during your stay and found a solution about it, we wanted to get in touch with you to follow up on your comment and remarks. The description of the SPA does not match also with our wellness center. As of now, we are unable to identify your reservation from here. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and I’d return time and time again! The hotel is gorgeous and modern, perfectly located in Saint Germain de Pres area, near famous cafes Cafe de Flore and Le Deux Magots. Luxury shopping, cute cafes, and Rue de Buci (restaurant-lined pedestrian street) all within walking distance. You can easily walk to all of the major sights in 15-25 minutes if you wish. The Concierge is extremely helpful with dinner reservations (email ahead of your stay or head to their desk once your arrive- we ended up having a delicious meal at a Brasserie on our final night thanks to them!). The lobby bar is fun, has really good drinks, and is a comfortable spot to unwind after a day out and about. You will not regret your stay here!!!

Great hotel in a great location, clean and very comfortable with friendly attentive service, would highly recommend a stay if you are visiting Paris. the hotel is located in the heart of Saint Germain with all that comes with it, to include, great restaurants, shops, transport, history and within walking distance of most major attractions in Paris, we will be visiting again in the future.

Hotel is cozy and lovely. Not a very huge room but has everything you need and everything is clean and new. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Located in the center of Paris it’s perfect for sightseeing.
