Hotel Duquesne Eiffel was a terrific find for us on our first trip to Paris (thanks in part to Trip Advisor reviews). The place a couple of blocks from the metro and 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which greets you every morning and evening out your window. Not a bad way to start and end the day :-)...

Dear Madam, Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. I agree that the 7th district is maybe not the best area for night life but after a long day of sightseeing I think it is better to be in a quiet area. The St Germain area is very closed and you can take a cab (around 10 €) to reach...

We wanted a small place to stay in Paris, away from the traditional tourist areas. We chose Duquenes Eiffel Hotel for the quite location. We were not disappointed; we stayed for 5 nights. The person that remodeled this hotel had the guest's needs in mind. Rooms are clean and compact, everything you need is there. If you need space, choose...

Dear Madam, Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. I really enjoyed reading it because it is a little bit different compared to the others. After the description of the hotel (thanks for all the good tips!) you talked about French people. It is totally true that we employ a lot of polite phrases as Bonjour Monsieur, je vous en...

My wife and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary after finding it while doing online research for a hotel. The rooms were as expected for European hotels. It was a small room, but it was very nice. We were in room 56, the Champs Elysees room. The view was fantastic. The staff was pleasant. We were there in...

We thank you for your nice review, we try to do our best for our customers and we are happy you liked the hotel. We booked this hotel based on reading other reviews of this hotel and we were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted by Helene who was very helpful throughout our short stay. Yes, the room size is small, but it's clean, everything looks reasonably new, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was decent. It's about a ten minute stroll from the...

Hello, We are glad you liked the hotel, the free wifi seems normal for us, and I'm always surprised when I don't have the free wifi in a hotel. We will be pleased to welcome you again. Best regards Julie

Rooms are very small, but cozy, modern and tasteful. Some superior rooms have Eiffel tower view. Our balcony (pictured in this review) had an Eiffel view. (But be aware, these balconies are not private.) Hotel is walking distance to the Eiffel tower (provided you are in decent shape, I suppose); I think it took us 10 min to get there....

My wife and I arrived on September 2, 2010, and stayed through September 5, 2010. We had an early arrival time and we were very surprised that our room was ready for us! Dear Madam, Dear Sir, As in all hotels of the world the check in is between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm, but most of the times our rooms are ready before. If not we can keep your suitcases till the room is ready. Wea re glad you like the hotel Duquesne and we thank you to recommend it. Kind regards...

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel more than exceeded our expectations, nice small hotel so you felt as though you were getting a personal service. Dear Madam, Dear Sir, I'm glad you were impressed by the quality of the hotel. Many times I wrote about the size room, rooms are small in Paris everybody knows it, it is due to the old buildings we have. Dear Madam, Dear Sir, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at the hotel Duquesne Eiffel. I advise people to visit Paris in August, the city is quieter, less people in the subway, better ambiance due to vacation and better rates. August is low season for parisian hotels that's why we offer good deals. Book in advance and you won't be...

For our first trip to Paris, this was perfect. We had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower, our room was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Dear Madam, Dear Sir, Thank you for your nice review. The 7th district is a business and residential district. It is true that during the day, it is busier because there are a lot of ministries, embassies and other work centers. However by night all these centers are closed and you only have flats.
