Nice enough hotel, very close to the Gard De Nord. Rooms are very small and a little cramped to what I normally stay in. Very Clean , quiet and staff very friendly. Comfy bed and good nights sleep. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster . May have caught it at the wrong time but very small room , very... More

I won a competition recently and this was the hotel that we stayed in as part of the package. Me and my partner had a fantastic time. The hotel staff were all lovely and thankfully spoke english and french which helped as we don't speak french. Cleaners done a fantastic job cleaning the room every day. Wonderful location and only... More

This is more a boutique hotel than a business traveller's establishment with good breakfast and very accommodating ground floor. My superior room had an OK size (not a Paris-typical shoe box but not too big either. But I had a nice large window with a French style balcony opening onto the street which was nice and not loud. The train... More

I visit Paris in regular bases for work, and I have a few favourite hotels in this area, but I have to say Mademoiselle Hotel is my TOP favourite. Only once I had not an excellent experience, I mentioned to hotel manager Florenci and she made sure the issue was solved ASAP. The staff is SUPER and the hotel decoration... More

Unfortunately we were not told the spa would be closed during our 4 night stay, despite booking the room well in advance. We had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard with 3 windows but had expected a room with a walk in rain shower as stated on the website (ours had a bathtub with a handheld shower nozzle) & we... Dear Guests, I fully understand your disappointment and your dissatisfaction when you learned that our Spa space was not available. We are obliged to conduct an annual inspection of the hammam and sauna for hygiene and safety reasons and to do this, this space close for a week. We know of the intervention dates very shortly in advance and although... More

This Hotel perfectly embodies the ambiance of traditional Parisian culture. This is a perfect, traditional boutique hotel. Hidden in the Gare du Nord, on a small side street, this hotel will not disappoint. The staff is superb, very hospitable, warm, genuine and very professional. The rooms are very quaint, with amazing beds. I had the best nights sleep here. Perfect... More
