The hotel is only 3 min walk from the metro station. Neighhood was great, with plenty of pastry shops serving breakfast. You will feel a sense of safety when walking back at late night. We spent 5 nights there. It looks exactly as their images and everything seems brand new and clean. Generally it's room, bath, bed are in small size but cozy. It's equipped with A/C and there is towel heather in bathroom as well. There is small fridge in room and a dryer in bath. Staffs are so nice and helpful but...

This was a modern hotel in a great neighborhood. Lots of interesting streets to wander nearby. It was close to the Metro. Friendly staff. We didn't eat breakfast there, but it looked like a nice meal with a lovely area for eating. Our room was small but very updated. There was a safe in the room but it had malfunctioned....

Look for deals online and you should secure a booking for around €100 per night. Which is excellent for the the quality and location in Paris. Literally 100M from the metro which runs until late. Good rooms, small rooms. But that's the same in all Europe and part of the charm. Nespresso machines in the room (Junior Havanna suite). Helpful...

We came from Canada to Paris (1st time) to help our son moving to Montparnesse for exchange student program, and stayed here for 8 nights. Enjoyed every moment. Modern, nice interior. Friendly front desk. 1 min to metro Pernety (Line 13). Wifi included. We got a great rate through HotelTonight app. Breakfast very nice. Nice lobby and sitting room. Carpeted hallways so it was not too noisy.

I love everything about this hotel! The people at the front desk are accommodating and helpful, the room is cleaned very well and it was also nicely decorated. I like the area of this hotel as well since it is in a quiet area. During my first stay in Paris, I stayed near the Eiffel but found it too crowded...
