Very close to the Accor Hotels Arena where we were attending a concert and Bercy Station for trains/buses. The room was nicely decorated and different from your average chain hotel. It was also very clean. Shower wasn't that easy to use and was a bit temperamental. Room was cold in the night which woke me along with the rain on...

Arrived late due to flight delay and had to leave early to catch a train so a very shirt night. The room was clean and compact. The bathroom has obviously been refurbished so I don't quite understand why there is nowhere to attach the shower on the wall. You have to hold it in your hand to shower. Wifi was...

Location is extremely convenient, just two minutes walk from Bercy Metro Station. Staff is very cooperative. Rooms are ok though not very spacious. Food (breakfast) is tolerable. Overall an average hotel.

Hotel not too bad. Room not the dirtiest I've seen, but also a few stains on the carpet. The bathroom was very cramped with the toilet located almost under the sink. Breakfast a very average affair. Price was good for Paris. Hotel is also close to Gare de Lyon and right next to Bercy metro stop. Biggest complaint is that...

Old traditional Parisian hotel that works because it is so professionally run. Our top floor room had everything we needed and was comfortable. Double glazing reduced street row to a background hum. The staff were all lovely and we were pleased that we made this choice.

Nice clean hotel, nice breakfast in the morning and staff speak a decent amount of English, convenient area, Velib bikes available and the metro line from outside the hotel. We were staying at the front of the hotel and as other users have mentioned that it is very noisey with the window open however a fan was provided and due...

Nice boutique hotel close to Bercy metro. No AC so would be very hot in summer. Nice friendly staff whi speak English. Good breakfast. Nice adjacent restaurant during the week. Just be aware of extra taxes at end of stay in Paris. We had booked and paid by Expedia prior to our holiday. We were unpleasantly surprised with an extra...

We had the unpleasant experience of staying in this place for four nights on our Paris visit. The main problem of this very old hotel is its location at the junction of an extremely busy street (Boulevard de Bercy) and the railway station. This means all rooms facing the street suffer from intolerable traffic noise till round 1 o clock...

The room was rather small but adequate for two people. Cleanliness was good although the sheets were stained (but clean and I really can't complain about the non-use of bleach). Overall an okay hotel, especially taken into account the price. + Breakfast was good compared to French standards. Bread, ham, salami, yoghurt, eggs, juice, croissants were all on the buffet...

I went to Paris for a 4-day trip together with a friend, and preferred to stay in Bercy, as we went to Kcon France held at the Accord Hotel Arena in Bercy. We constantly postponed booking our hotel, but managed to get a room at Hotel Claret for a very reasonable price. As the hotel is at a 5-minute walking...
