Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

The hotel is nicely located, near to Place de l'Etoile!
I was a bit disapointed as a Diamond customer I didn't get an upgraded room and didn't get my welcome gift as it's should be.(fruit or sweets)
The room is really small.
Toilette cans be cleanest and need more attention.
The room costs around 250€/night and it's why I was dispointed for above points...
Normally it should be an unforgettable stay and it wasn't .

Great location, nice decor in the room, could have been a great stay. But three problems with service almost turned it to a very bad experience.

The first one is the carelessness of the person who cleaned my floor. The narrow corridor was filled with stuff that was just left on the floor - unplesant to the eye, challenging if you have luggage, not very hygienic.

A second problem was when I asked for a late checkout. The attendant did not make any effort to look at the availability or to understand my needs - I had a late flight and would gladly pay a partial rate if offered. Her attitude was almost rude.

And then when I checked out, she (the same attendant) gave me the credit card machine to pay for the stay. I asked a very simple question - is it not paid for already? It was, of course, but she did not care to check. If I had not been alert, I would have to spend some time with the credit card company to cancel a redundant payment.

Quick note: in both situations the attendant was nor busy and no other clients were in the reception.

For me it is unacceptable that a Mercure hotel allows this kind of employee lack of training and lack of good will.

Very well located, extremely close to the metro station, bars and the Champs Elyses. New facilities, it has a mini bar in the hall, exclusive for guests, where they offer free hydration and some snack. They offer breakfast coffee but I didn't hire. The room is very small but very well arranged and with amenities such as bath kit, laundry, hairdryer and towel dryer. Excellent receptionists, including one of them speaks very well Portuguese and is extremely nice.

Hotel environment, the breakfast, the room was convenient. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. But I experienced a very bad behavior from one of the staff. His name is Jean. I hope you have the cams and watch how he shouted at me. The customers can have negative issues while settling to the hotel. The customer can request the needs, if it doesn’t solve, the customer can give complaint, of course without shouting. But the receptionist behaved very badly to me while I was complaining. He shouted on Monday night and. I was very frightened, couldn’t sleep. And Thursday morning I didint want to keep in touch with him while checking out. He again behaved very badly, rude and aggressive. You can see all the details thru your cams. Nobody can say ‘ you have a problem ‘ to the customer / visitor.
I wanted to share my experience and hope to give feedback.
I will give this feedback to my company not to use this hotel for upcoming visits.
Ps: I don’t want to label all the staff badly. The rest of them, other receptionist, the breakfast ladies all helpful.

Regards

The location of this hotel is great. 3 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, possibility to visit Paris on foot but also by metro thanks to the metro station located 3 minutes and serving 3 lines 1,2 and 6 + RER A (direct from Gare de Lyon or Disneyland Paris).

The staff is lovely and we were able to get a room even though we had arrived earlier than check-in.

The room is small but well organized. Same for the bathroom which still had a large and beautiful shower.

The quality of the mattress is good and the insulation between the rooms too. We heard some noises from the outside in the evening but nothing awkward to sleep knowing that this hotel is in a perpendicular street of Wagram so rather in a quiet street. We felt on the 2nd floor a slight tremor coming from the subway that passes below but nothing bad either!

We didn't take the pdj so I can't say anything about it.

In conclusion, a very good Mercury to favor if you are looking for a strategic location in Paris.

We were staying for a weekend in the Mercure wagram,
Service was good, even before we arrive, we have sent emails to the hotel, that were answered quickly and professionally.
Room was quite small, but its a French standard, so we didnt expect more.
Breakfast was good t this level of hotel, there was a good selection of hot and cold stuff, and even nespresso machine at breakfast.
location was really good, few minutes walk to arc de triomphe.
the only downside was that i wasnt offered any upgrade as an accor gold member.

Very good hotel for a business trip in the heart of Paris. The welcome is warm and the rooms are well maintained. Everything you need is in the room. The only downside is the metro that runs underneath the hotel, so be sure to bring earplugs to sleep.

Good location not bad breakfast. Worst view ( avoid the ground floor) no views. Good wifi. And some good restaurants around the hotel. If you need iron you have to borrow it from the front desk. Room was clean with not much amenities like coffee machine or slippers.

Hotel ideally located a stone's throw from the Champs Élysées.
Friendly welcome.
The Privilege rooms are a little small but very clean and adequate for a short stay.
Breakfast room in the basement, you can hear the metro as if you were there.
Breakfast buffet correct but not very extensive.

I have stayed at hotel along with my wife for 3 nights and almost every night we walked from hotel to Champs Elysees (6-8 minutes) or Arc De Triomphe (3-5 minutes). We felt safe while strolling at late nights. To get on top of ADT you would need to take a long subway which was well lit but will not have much crowd as entry to top is not allowed during night time. For Champs Elysees, you have option of not using subway as well We stayed in room which was not road facing and was very quiet Hope this helps..... Have fun and enjoy your trip.....

I don't think so. Rooms are rather small and I can't remember that i saw any balcony. The room to the front face the street which is quite noisy and wouldn't really invite to spend time on a balcony.
