A charming, superbly located hotel in the heart of Saint Germain. It captured the essence of Paris offering comfortable, quaint rooms with a small yet well appointed en suite bathroom, recently updated. We will stay here again.

We stayed for a week a Hotel Odeon begin of September 2016 for our 20th wedding anniversary. Loved the location of this charming small boutique hotel, right in the middle of Saint Germain with easy access to different Metro station and many of the big museums.Lots of great restaurants, bars and bakery's in easy walking distance. It was nice to...

I stayed for 8 days at this hotel and had a lovely stay. Though note: the rooms are small. I booked a single room, and was upgraded to a double, which was great because the double room was tiny and I can't imagine how much smaller the single room could have been. Though I didn't come to Paris to stay...

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a junior suite: the room was small, but had a separate section where we could put the travel cot (provided by the hotel) which worked really well for us. Breakfast is tasty with a good selection. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating: from washing and sterilising our bottles for us, storing the...

I can strongly recommend this wonderful hotel! Charming rooms, wonderful and helpful staff. I spent one week with my two grown up daughters and we loved it, we felt like being in a film! I have been to Paris many times and tried different hotels, but now I will always return to this hotel!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in a queen bed-sized room. It was small by American standards, but perfect for Paris. Very quiet, even with our window overlooking the street. Wonderful location. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the helpful staff (especially Giulia!) Highly recommended.

This hotel was fantastic. The things you can see online were great -- it's a fantastic location, close to all the great things of Saint-Germain and within easy transit. The pictures truly show the hotel as it is -- lovely, cozy, romantic. But there was so much else: -- The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to...

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Paris and our stay at the cozy, beautifully decorated Hotel Odeon Saint-Germain was a highlight of our trip. The elevator was broken when we arrived, but the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were upgraded to the junior suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. The...

The location is perfect for shopping and a leisurely walk to Notre Dame. The rooms are comfortable with bathrooms most Americans would be used to. The staff were very accommodating. Will certainly stay again.

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighbourhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
