the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. That's the positive. Rooms are small. There is no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbouring room. The bath tapware was faulty. No English speaking/subtitles TV channels.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. I stayed in the corner room so apparently it was big but i learnt to breathe in the room after 2 days of my stay. Pros - location big advantage - staff courteous and helpful - room with balcony view get good light. - breakfast spread average but better than some other...

A small hotel with very tiny and stuffy rooms. The reception service was good and always helpful hut the overall experience was claustrophobic. There are better options in the vicinity at the same price level. Didnt take the breakfast option so i cant comment on that.

I am sorry that your stay does not pass as you wished it, but in PARIS, rooms are not big. But in spite of the size, all the rooms(chambers) have just been renovated. And clear. The good end of year Cordially The manager

The hotel is small but very near a Metro station. Room and bathroom were modern and clean though smaller than you'd get out of town - hey, this is Paris centre. Dining room only does a very nice continental breakfast. I think the receptionist can serve drinks. Happy to stay again.

I travel a lot for both work and pleasure (more than half the year on average for the past 4 years) and have seen a fairly wide spectrum of hotels out there. In Paris, you pay for the location and then the service. That being said, when an establishment claims to be a hotel, then they should at least offer...

Our second stay at this hotel. Hotel is well placed in a quiet, decent arrondisement (13th) Staff are, helpful, friendly and efficient. Close to Place D'Italie metro we could easily be in central Paris in 10 minutes. Plenty of decent restaurants nearby or McDonalds/KFC if that's what you like. Clean and quiet, although some noise from the road in rush...

If I were visiting Paris to see the sights and experience this marvelous city, I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel. Of course, it comes down to price, but you do need to realize that you'd either need to walk or take the subway to get to the city center and "where you want to be". I stayed at this...

Staying in Place d'Italie / Quartier Asiatique

Neighbourhood Profile
Place d'Italie / Quartier Asiatique
Far off the beaten path, this part of Paris is a forgotten gem worth exploring. Avenue d’Ivry houses Europe's largest Chinatown with great Asian supermarkets and shops, and a thrilling atmosphere around Chinese New Year. Place d’Italie impresses onlookers as soon as they set their eyes on it. Not far, around La Butte aux Cailles, the streets suddenly imitate provincial France and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported. The beauty of these streets lies in their surprises around every twist and turn.
