Burnt scrambled eggs for breakfast, no umbrellas when it rains, heating that only works in aircon mode, no pen in room and they don't clean the cups in the room! Though rooms are okay, good bed and is good central location.

After many stays at the Millennium Opera, we had a really poor experience. A general observation first is that the place is starting to look shabby. There's a line between old and chic and faded grandeur and the Millennium Opera is very close to the wrong side of the line. You can tell they're at that stage when whoever owns...

Dear Jonny K, I would like to thank you for submitting your review on Tripadvisor. I will not respond in length to all the issues you have addressed as it clearly shows a picture of very disappointing stay. However, as a long time guest which we DO value and want to keep, may I suggest that you contact us at:...

This hotel was fab ... the staff was so helpful as we didnt know much french. They spoke fluent english and helped booking taxi's and shows. The food in the hotel wasn't the best but the waiters and waitresses were lovely. The rooms have a big comfy bed and a very powerful shower. There very well heated and you get...

This hotel has a great location! The staff are friendly and made a huge effort when i stumbled with my school french! The place itself is really charming- it isnt ultra modern, but i found it really cute and old fashioned but clean. The lifts are very retro and the rooms are clean and quiet- and actually very spacious for...

From start to finish, the experiences at this hotel is sublime! Hotel staffs especially a guy at Front desk and Bellman are very helpful and friendly. Not only the exceptional staffs, the outstanding classic design, wide variety of breakfast offering and perfect location made my stay memorable. I would surely return and recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

I've stayed here quite a few times over the years as I often travel to Paris on business. In fact I've reviewed it before and felt compelled to do so again because I always enjoy my stay here. Having used a number of other hotels in the vicinity of similar class I can definitely say that this is my favourite....

Our room in this hotel had two good features: it was quiet and had a very comortable bed. Other than that it was not very clean, the bathroom door would not shut and it had peeling paint on the ceiling. Breakfast was good in a very pleasant dining room. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We recently stayed at the Millennium Hotel Paris for 4 nights. We had a very pleasant experience. We always found the staff very helpful, friendly and courteous. Everyone's english was very good. The location of the hotel was superb. Very centrally located and just steps away from 2 metro lines. The rooms were decorated in an old parisian style. The...

Now it's just shabby dirty and ill managed. If you add that it boasts 4 stars and it's accordingly priced the only appropriate comment is: ghastly. Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
