Hotel cancelled my reservation. the reason they stated that my credit card is not accepted. I confirmed the reservation 2 month before stay. My Credit card was accepted, but later - just 2 weeks before stay, they sent me email that my card was suddenly not accepted. I confirmed after their notice my stay with the different credit card and this was accepted, no info about problem... but later they sent me the cancellation . I called hotel immediately ..that all my credit cards are valid ..they just answer, they can not help me, they are overbooked. The reservation cancellation made me serious problem and the hotel attitude was not appropriate.
I have spent four weeks in the hotel for professional reasons. First and foremost, staff is extremely kind and always approachable - reception and cleaning staff as well as waiters. The location is unrivalled with multiple major landmarks and a variety of high-quality (but not necessarily expensive!) restaurants within walking distance. In addition, the noise level in the area is low at night, which is quite pleasant in comparison to other areas in the city. The room, bathroom and hotel were always clean. The Wifi connection works perfectly. Last but not least, the breakfast room is very cozy and comes with delicious pastries.
We just stayed 3 nights in this wonderful hotel located perfect in Paris next to the Louvre and bear the metro! Great connecting door rooms for families, good breakfast and very friendly staff! Check their website!
What a hotel! Great rooms with superb bathrooms. Great breakfast with very, very friendly staff! Awesome is maybe the best word to describe the hotel. Also the location is great! Close to the Louvre, close to Palais Royal and close to many good restaurants. A top hotel, so good to spend there your time when you visit Paris. why paying for a five star if you can stay in Hotel Washington?
This hotel is just minutes away from the Louvre and walking distance to the D'Orsay, the Tuilleries/L'Orangerie, Île de la Cité, the Pompidou Center, and so much more. There's also a metro station very near. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are very pleasant, the lobby is small but nice if you need a place to gather for a discussion, the staff was very helpful. The available breakfast was reasonably priced and enjoyable. The only negative things I can say is that bathtub was very narrow and the internet was extremely slow.
The hotel itself nothing special, very good for bed and breakfast ( although the breakfast wasn’t more than a cake , butter, honey and coffee . ) We stayed with family and friends for 4 days , the location is perfect, close to everything (walking distance) the louvre, the gruvin museum, paris park , the opera , the tower. The room was average size , a bit old and outdated but meets the needs for a good sleep.
We stayed here for three days, and enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is in a good location to explore the city. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
My husband and I took our 11yr old grand daughter to Paris in June. Room with real beds for all three! Staff went above and beyond to assist us in any thing we needed or asked of them. 5 star staff. 5 star service !
This was a lovely location, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and breakfast. But nothing can compare to the morning we left when our cab did could not accomodate our entourage and two of us were left with no way to get to the train station. We were literally stranded. Monan ( I apologize for any misspelling) came to our aid after we had tried without success to find a taxi. Many will view this as her job, but she saw our distress and immediately swung into action. We were truly in her debt. What over the top customer service we received from everyone here, but truly in our hour of need. Thank you so much!!
This is a great hotel, perfect spot for the Louvre, Tuileries, Pompidou and metro Pyramide, Palau’s Royale, Opera and a 15min walk from Chatelet-les Halles. We stayed in Rm 603; junior suite. Spacious room on the top floor with bath. It was clean and cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the breakfast but you are on a great street for restaurants. Try Baguett’s Cafe for brunch and Bristrot Richelieu for steak & frites. We loved our stay here and will return.
