I had to spend one night in Baltimore Hotel. I booked a deluxe room in order to get a spacious room. However, I got a tiny room. I was really dispappointed because it was not at all the type of room that I am used to get when i book a deluxe room in similar hotels in France.

This is a beautiful, Parisian hotel. It is conveniently located between Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe (both within walking distance), and one block from metro. Breakfast was good, offering a typical European buffet (pastries, fruit, cereal, cold meats), plus eggs and bacon made-to-order. But it is very expensive -- 28 euro/person/day. Concierge staff is helpful, but very French --...

We stayed here for four nights of our seven night honeymoon stay in Paris. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly & pleasant "doorman". Check in was a breeze. Our room wasn't quite ready so we had a coffee in the lobby and had a look through our map. Sebastian, an incredibly helpful & fun...

I had booked this hotel from the Accor Website rather than through a recommendation and was absolutely delighted with the choice. The property is located centrally on Kleber with the Arc de Triompe and Trocadero at either ends of the avenue. We booked a junior suite as we had a little one travelling with us and I had read about...

We wanted to have a really good trip in Paris and a good hotel seemed to be a good start so we checked on trip advisor. Even after this check it remained difficult to choose the right hotel. We received an offer for a long weekend (4 nights) for two adults and a child in a deluxe room. From start...

We stayed for three nights as my partner was running the Paris marathon. We found the hotel really welcoming and the staff made the effort to open the restaurant earlier than usual on the Sunday for the runners to eat and even made my partner his porridge! which was really nice of them. The location is great walking distance to...

We arrived for a long weekend, but were very disappointed to find we were allocated such a small room for 2 adults for 3 nights. The door had to be closed to allow access to the room, there are no drawers for clothes and the toilet is smaller than a broom cupboard, a problem if you have long legs!! After...

Stayed for 2 nights, location was perfect, between Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe 10 mins walk to either. Very close to Metro station (Boissiere). Room was fine with all facilities you would expect in this grade of hotel, very comfortable bed and the pillows fantastic. Room itself was in the bowels of the hotel (118) with a view of...

Staying in Trocadero

Neighbourhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighbourhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendour, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
