Chanced upon Hotel Maison Mère while we were googling for a hotel for our honeymoon. We were so glad that we made the right choice to book Maison Mère! Paris was so cold these few days and when we first stepped into the hotel, the staff at the front desk gave us the hot towels immediately to warm us up. The check in process was smooth and the staff were so friendly and hospitable. While waiting for the room to be ready, we went to explore the nearby area. The hotel is near to the metro (~5 mins walk), Galeries Lafayette and Opera Garnier. The location is superb! Before our trip to Paris, we read some reviews regarding the room size is rather small in Maison Mère. However to us, we feel that it is a comfortable size for 2 person. The room also has sufficient space for us to open up two 24 inches luggage which to us is awesome! We booked the superior double balcony room btw. Breakfast was a spread and we love the croissants! The lady who manned the breakfast area was so nice and will drop by occasionally to check if we needed any more coffee. I believe there is an in room dining option for the breakfast but we preferred to dine at the restaurant where the staff there are all so nice which brightened our day! Housekeeping was great too as the room was tidied clean while we were out. They were prompt to our requests when we requested for more water in the room. As we are on our honeymoon, the MM family deco-ed the room and gave us a surprise on the last day while we were having our breakfast. We really got surprised by such nice and sweet gestures from them. It made our stay at Maison Mère to be an even unforgettable one. Everybody (literally everyone) at Maison Mère was always putting on their smiles when you see them and made you feel at home:) This is definitely the place I will recommend to everyone who is coming to Paris. I was so incredibly pleased by the lovely, thoughtful touches that this hotel provided...since the pandemic, I haven't done much traveling; but, when I did, it was bare bones all the way. This hotel was professional, accommodating, sweet and the flowers and tote bag on the bed to start set the tone for the rest of the stay. It was immaculately kept, made up every day, international charges for every region, chromecast, balcony, amazing coffee (of which they gave this lady copious amounts), AND I don't speak French. We had breakfast each morning with a staff that was superb and a team dinner one night with 20 people and did the tasting menu which was lovely. The drinks on Tarot cards were so fun and creative and the music that night was incredible. Can't say enough, would always recommend. p.s. especially Clementine at the front desk!…

Everything was great! The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. There are lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. When Deutsche Bahn had cancelled our train back to Germany, the Maison Mere immediately offered us a room for a great discount to stay one more night. Thank you again for that!

Stayed there for a week and enjoyed every day. The servers are so nice and the beds are comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel except for the room size, just a bit small. Other than that everything was great!

As a family we finished last two days of Christmas holiday for the new year celebration at Maison Mere. The hotel is charming with fantastic staff who go out of their way to welcome and help customers. Not only the breakfast was amazing but the hostess was polite and caring. Our rooms were new furnished beautifully with great beds and wonderful showers! Overall we were pleasantly surprised with all aspects of offering from the hotel and will come back here again. The only shortcoming is that the hotel doesn’t offer parking and finding the parking nearby was not easy so we ended up parking several blocks away. The location however is great and in walking distance to many major attractions. Thank you Maison Mere team for making the end of our stay a memorable one!!
