The aircon did not work. The staff at the front desk were not very helpful. The carpets were not very clean. The breakfast bowls were mostly empty and the lady working there brought us cold coffee. The dinning room was very dark.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with directions, recommendations of things in the area, and general queries. The room had a sweet Parisian-style feel and having a balcony overlooking the Eiffel tower was just the icing on the cake.

This place was not very comfortable, as soon as my husband and I arrived here their air-conditioning was not working in the foyer. Our room was two levels up. The room was small and we asked for a non-smoking room only to learn we had been placed in a smoking room, the room stunk! Our room had no air-conditioning to...

Very quaint hotel in the heart of Opera. Great area and a short walk to everything you need. The staff were so helpful with advice of where to go and what to do and when there was a mixup with our room on arrival they upgraded us to a room with a view....of the Eiffel Tower. (Note: Stay was May...

The hotel has obviously recently been fully renovated. The rooms are lovely and give a real Parisienne feel. Once the aircon is up and running it will be an excellent place to stay. Noticed the aircon workman finalising this on the day of our departure. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Service from Camilla on the Front Desk; she sorted any and every question, and highlighted maps for us, clearing pointing us in the right direction every time. Our double standard room was on the first floor, above reception with a great bathroom. Breakfast was down below reception, and had everything on offer via smorgasbord & easy to locate. Friendly...

We had a good sized superior room from which we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. Staff were excellent, helping us with transfer arrangements and restaurant recommendations in the area. Breakfast was good too. A very clean and comfortable hotel in a good location close to Les Galleries Lafayette and Montmartre.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
