This is a beautiful, beautiful hotel. The room was quiet, the staff accommodating and helpful. The honor bar was great, the air conditioning - always an issue for me - was outstanding and cold. I have only good things to say about it. This part of the Marais is a little quieter than the part nearer the river, which for...

Perfect Marais location. Step right off busy street into instant quiet oasis. Room was small but warmly decorated with all necessary amenities. Very nice reception - good English speaking made questions and check-in easy. Lobby was quiet and relaxing after busy day of shopping.

Stayed for 3 nights in mid may. Hotel is close to Notre Dame Cathedral and not to far from the Lovre. Room is a typical size for Paris and the bathroom was very adequate. The breakfast was great and the breakfast room is very nice. You can't go wrong staying there.

Les Tournelles is a lovely boutique hotel, tastefully decorated, immaculate, well-located professionally run and priced fairly. The included breakfast was delicious, served by a waitress rather than offered in a buffet. The single window in our tiny room looked out on a blank wall six feet away. The bathroom was small enough to enable you to shave at the sink...

We recently had 3 nights in this hotel. It's in a good location as the Marais is an interesting neighborhood with numerous cafes serving mostly great food. The hotel rooms are extremely small and just manageable for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom excellent. There is no kettle in the room but for a price you can...

We stayed here for some ten days and was impressed with the cleanliness and boutique style although the room was rather small. To ease the space issue, they were happy to store some of our unused baggage. The staff at reception was friendly and some spoke fluent English. It is a short distance to buses to the city centre, to...

Lovely hotel, very well located in the hart of Paris. Friendly personnel and a superb breakfast to start the day. NIce and good quality restaurants in the neigbourhood. The rooms on the forth floor are rather small but it's a shame to stay in your room when you're in Paris.

We stay every year - which is the best recommendation- mostly the same staff year after year - another good recommendation- they are friendly, knowledgable, helpful - fluent in languages, and charming interesting people to talk to if you enjoy discussing with 'locals'

Mediocre hotel, disappointing in all respects and not a good value. Good location near place des vosges. Concierge unhelpful(told me musee carnavelet was open when in fact is closed all 2017). Overpriced for what they have. Soap was never replaced in 3 night visit, bright spot was Yolanda our waitress at breakfast. Bfast also mediocre but convenient. Room decor is...

Staying in Le Marais

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
