Hotel du Quai-Voltaire has a great location, right across the river from the Louvre, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was well priced. The rooms are clean and extremely quite, with triple pane glass to keep out the city noise. We enjoyed...More
The room we stayed in was very tired looking and a bit shabby but the view across the road was the Seine and the Louvre and of course the Tuileries Gardens. The hotel position is probably its best feature. They say free WiFi but there...More
The good things about the hotel are the location of course, the hotel is situated in front of Louvre and if you are motivated enough Eiffel Tower, Notre dam de Paris and Victory arch are walking distance away, metro station is nearby so you can...More

A great 3 night stay. The staff were very welcoming, spoke good English, gave us advice on how to get around town, room was clean and serviced each day. The hotel is located within walking distance of the best attractions in Paris. Opposite the Louvre,...More
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented
musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.

I stayed in a double room on the 4th Floor with a river view and it had a balcony which accommodated two chairs and I used a wastebasket for a side table. From what I saw, all the rooms on the 4th Floor have balconies and I would imagine that a triple room would have a balcony if it's on the 4th floor. The river-view rooms are THE BEST.

Hi breakfast is not included, it is 12 euro for a continental breakfast including fresh orange juice, coffee or tea and croissant. There are several cafes within a couple of minutes walk where you can get a cheaper breakfast, but I loved the quaint breakfast room and the convenience
