Lovely, modern hotel in a great location for walking around and seeing the sights. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and cosy and the bathroom was gorgeous. Spa is perfect and just what you need after a weekend of walking!

You never get waht you ask for breakfast. And the people don´t speak english so it´s very complex to communicate. I have being in this hotel several times and this time i am here i am really struggling on my stray. Also the quality of the service in general is not so good anymore. Disappointed

We spent here 1 week of our trip in Paris for the 2022/2023 NYE. We have also decided to celebrate my girlfriends birthday here, for which I asked the concierge to organize a couple of surprises for the birthday day, which unfortunately due to a misunderstanding were organized upon arrival instead of the exact bday date. However, the concierge apologized and was very nice and supportive during the whole interaction and arrangement of this. To sum up the concierge service was good 9/10 Some issues were however encountered while speaking in English with the general staff at the reception, for which I believe were slightly lost during the interactions. Except for a few of them who spoke it good and one lady spoke Italian. One thing that bothered me in particular is that the hotel was not able to provide us with a bucket of ice in the room during the day. When asked in the reception I was just told that the room service is closed and they will not be able to provide it until 19.00 ( I asked at 16.00). I really wonder how a 5 star hotel is not able to provide the guests with such a simple request when they have a bar just 5meters away from the bar. Another major disappointment was the actual room service, we ordered 2 club sandwiches in the room and some gyoza. The waiting time was around 45-50min which is a bit slow in my opinion. The gyoza were alright, nothing impressive. The club sandwich was however very small and definitely not the best one I ever had… far from it. It was also presented with a bland mais taco shell broken in half instead of having French fries as you usually would have, which left me very dubious about the general cuisine of the room service. For a total price of 68€. To sum up, the room service was not even worth the half of what we paid. A few vials of wine were also added to us at the end of our stay from the minibar which we never drank. Now, moving to the rooms, these were quite cosy (even if not too big) and very clean. For which I can complement the hotel and the cleaning devices of it. Good job to the cleaners! Only once we had a small delay for the cleaning when we left the room at 11 and they were only cleaning it at 16.00 when we came back. In general, the hotel is nice and situated in a comfortable area, however I’m not sure if the price meets the actual services provided. Even tho some of the staff was nice I’m pretty sure we will not be returning here. Once again thanks to the concierge Pauline for organizing everything. Lovely petite 5 star hotel and its location is great! Opera house and shops are few steps away. Except for some issues with the TV, facilities are great. Choice of food is limited and the quality of the wine in the rooms were not great. We love the pool and spa and will definitely come back!

The hotel is super nice, the staff is also nice. But there's always somebody who ruins in a minute your perception and opinion of the place. Being there on a business travel, my colleagues and myself, all guests of this hotel, decided to have some afterwork drinks at the terrace bar on Saturday October 1st at night.. The girl in charge was a continuous "NO" to all the things we required. She decided the way we had to pay, she "imposed" us to pay credit card, and of course, she NEVER SMILED. She was not nice. At all. Small details that don't let your stay be as comfortable as expected.
