2022 Travellers' Choice Best of the Best
Ideally located near the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, just a few minutes from the Palais des Congrès, the Regent’s Garden Hotel proudly bears witness to its illustrious past through a stylish interior with large windows, cornices and Napoleonic medallions, and shows itself as an equally elegant contemporary player through design touches in certain pieces of furniture, combined with the subtle combination of materials and fabrics.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Comfortable, spacious room, cleanliness, hotel design, location, adjacent parking, breakfast, good service, kind and helpful staff. The bar is open from 2pm to 2am with soft drinks, snacks, and cookies and it's free.

The rooms were clean, the location was good, close to the Champs-Élysées, and there were a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. Also the staff was very nice. And we were glad there was an option for connected rooms with a connecting door and a standing shower instead of a bath.

Our experience in every aspect of dealing with the Hotel was exceptional. We chose to book directly with the hotel as it was the most cost effective way to pay and also got a great deal by paying in advance of our stay. The communication from the hotel was very good to the extent that we even received an email the week before we travelled warning us of road works outside the hotel. (The noise from these did not disturb us in anyway whilst in the room). On arrival we were greeted as though we were the first people to stay in this hotel and that exceptional level of customer service was matched with our interaction with every employee in the hotel. We have travelled extensively and received great service from many hotels but the team working here including the cleaning staff, Breakfast staff and front of house are all deserving of the highest possible praise they are an absolute credit to the company and themselves. The hotel is roughly equidistant from 3 metro stations and no more than an 8-10 minute gentle walk from all three. Whilst the location is very close to the Arc de Triomphe its advantage is that it is slightly on the edge of the centre meaning that the a lot of the restaurants local to the hotel are used by people living in the area which gives a more authentic atmosphere. We stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the gardens to the back of the hotel and the size of the room was great and the bed was very comfortable (small point but sometimes important there was plenty of hanging space and drawers for clothes so you don't need to live out of your suitcase) The bathroom was large with a powerful shower over the bath and all the basic toiletries and a decent hairdryer were included. Even at the end of October and beginning of November we were able to eat out in the garden which was a very tranquil place to both eat breakfast and also enjoy a cool drink after walking all day. A nice touch is that included in the price an afternoon/evening buffet of pastries, fruit and soft drinks is available and replenished until quite late into the evening. We have stayed at several other hotels in Paris and enjoyed the experience but in future we will definitely return to this one. Our custom felt appreciated and that is so important in an industry where first impressions count so highly. The owners of this hotel group should be very proud of the employees setting such a high standard of customer care.

Wonderful peaceful hotel in an old style Parisian building in a lovely part of Paris. Walkable to Arch de Triomphe. Amazing staff who are very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond when my daughter wasn't very well. A nice fee bar throughout the stay and beautiful courtyard. Would recommend!

An absolutely excellent four star hotel. Superb appointments, marvelous garden and an extraordinarily gracious staff. The Ternes area offers a level of quiet and privacy you can't get closer to Paris Center. Can't recommend it too highly.

We stayed Oct 8-13. The Regent Garden was everything I had hoped a small boutique Paris hotel would be. The entire staff was Friendly and very attentive to any request you may need. Our room was romantically decorated with the large French window to outside. The garden was lovely for sitting outside for an afternoon tea or evening glass of wine by the fountain. Breakfast was just enough to get us started for the day. The fresh baguettes and cheeses were delicious! The afternoon treats were such an added touch and lasted well into the night for those wanting a late night snack. Location was perfect for us. We visited so many sights and walked by the Arc de Triumph everyday en route to other locations. If you enjoy walking this is a great location. We walked everywhere. 30 minutes in any direction and you were at the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame, Pantheon and so much more. They also gave us local restaurant recommendations which did not disappoint. Thank you to all at the Regent Garden. You made our 30th Wedding Anniversary a very memorable trip for us.
