Hotel was nice and clean. Very good location close to everything. We were able to get to anywhere in the city by hopping on the metro. Very enjoyable stay.

Close to the metro. Within walking distance to shops and sights. Good value for the money.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were small but adequate, and had decent toiletries. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which is unusual for central Paris. The staff were very helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.

Like the Best Western look and feel or don't. I picked the place as it offered a special discount and thus did not regret it. However, the bathroom is tiny, the breakfast a bit boring and the location central, but by no means idyllic or cozy. Quite ok to spend the night there, not more, not less.

This was my wife's second stay at the L'Horset Opera. The Last time was over 15 years ago. Her comment was that it has gotten better over time. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and the included breakfast was abundant and delicious. The location was perfect for our needs. We were able...

This review is long, so I’ll give you the highlights up front. This hotel is centrally located, the wireless connection worked great, the hotel was clean, it has a great staff, and it’s in a safe neighborhood. We returned to the hotel pretty late a couple of nights, and we never felt unsafe. We would return without hesitation. My wife,...

We were treated with courtesy and attention. It was very nice that we could borrow an umbrella given the tempestuous nature of the weather in Paris. The reception staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is just what one needs in the morning, without being overly lavish. And, of course, there is no substitute for the hotel's fabulous location!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and everything was just perfect. The hotel is near to everywhere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is offered in the morning with high quality food. Internet is free which is a real advantage. We will come again. A tip: We found the best rate on the hotel´s own website.

The location is very convenient, beds are comfortable and the complimentary continental breakfast was good. We had 3 rooms (to accommodate our family of 6) on the 6th floor. We had 1 exterior room that overlooked the street and 2 interior rooms that overlooked a very narrow alley. I strongly recommend you request a street view room -- they are...

Very good charming hotel in the heart of Paris, located near the Opera Garnier. Friendly "french touch" staff. Rooms are clean and designed with great taste. Definitely my number #1 hotel in Paris !

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
