We booked a quick trip to Paris and stayed at My Home. It was the perfect hotel for 4 women who made no plans and or reservations! The proprietor was fantastic! She educated us on neighborhoods, must see areas, and made us dinner reservations for all 3 nights. Location was ideal with 2 metro lines in very close proximity. The breakfast spread and coffee was amazing, delicious pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, fruit and eggs! The rooms were smaller than what we are used to, but the beds were very comfortable and the was kept immaculate as well as the entire hotel. Thank you Liza for hospitality. We definitely stay with you again. We'll just be better prepared.

All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We were offered an upgrade on arrival and they kindly booked a restaurant for us when we were late arriving. Rooms were really comfortable and recently renovated. Its in a great location with a plethora of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and attractions on the doorstep. Also easy to get down to the Seine for a run if you fancy some exercise. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a wonderful stay!!
The rooms were not too small (like other rooms in Paris) and extremely nice and chic. Breakfast was delicious and they even provided us with Gluten free bread. Staff were friendly and the neighborhood is great - lots of restaurants and 2 metro stations close by.

I booked a room for three people through Expedia. “Classic Room, 2 Bedrooms, Connecting Rooms”. I arrived at the hotel at 17:15 on the day of my check-in. I was greeted by the receptionist. I made the option on Expedia to pay at property. Yet, they took pre payment to enable them to rebook the room I paid for to another guest and deny me access. When I raised it to the hotel that the room booked and prepaid is being occupied by another guest they said the issue is between me and Expedia because it is their policy to book a room that they believe if unoccupied regardless if it already booked and paid. They mentioned my nationally and tried to pretend that the didn't speak English once Expedia got involved. They lied Expedia and said they gave me 2 rooms because my arrival at 17.15 was late. This hotel treats tourist poorly and showed no integrity about honoring their booking. Be warned they may book your room to someone else during your stay. Also, be advised. They do not let you eat anywhere on the property, even though they serve breakfast. So people who may be ill or have low blood sugar, beware.

This is a lovely boutique hotel. I would return in a jiffy. Just bear in mind that in some of the rooms the sink (elegant and beautiful) is in the bedroom, not the bathroom. So if full bathroom privacy is an issue, think twice about this. For everything else, this is a gem of a hotel.

I was stuck for a place to stay heading into Paris Fashion Week. I walked into this hotel and the receptionist was very sweet.I was planning to book the next day, but when I looked online I noticed the room description says no food is allowed in the rooms or lobby. There is no way I would book room in a hotel where I couldn't eat a snack in my room. How silly!!

We only had one night in Paris but really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful. There are many nice restaurants and shops nearby. The courtyard area has good seating to relax in.

I would first of all like to say that I cancelled this booking due to the fact that it was advertised as ‘free cancellation’ by a certain date but like so many Parisian hotels as soon as it is booked they take the money from your account. I visit Paris a lot & have previously had to wait over month for a hold to be taken off when my plans changed so I always use an old card if I think my plans may fluctuate just to check if the hotel will try and take money. This particular hotel attempted to and messaged me asking for other card details. I stated that it says free cancellation to which they replied yes but they still take out payment of a night. To which I POLITELY said I would like to cancel my reservation & book with another hotel which has a more relaxed policy. I also said have a good day. NO rudeness just stated what I would like to do as the days of my trip may change and it will just be a hassle waiting to be reimbursed. There was no need for the hotel representative’s response which I have screenshotted and uploaded. The person wrote ‘I don’t think the other hotel will accept declined cards’. I gave my reasons as stated earlier as to why I give that particular card number. It’s not even in use anymore. But it is to check if it is really free cancellation or if I will have to deal with the inconvenience of waiting for a refund should my plans change. I travel a lot and need flexibility in my bookings. However, this hotel needs to train their staff in professionalism & common courtesy when handling clients or prospective clients. This was not a conversation with a friend it was in a ‘professional’ sphere. One in which this particular employee displayed no professionalism at all. I would not recommend a hotel with such petty staff to anyone.

Dear Madam , Your narrative is a nonsense ! You give an opinion about our hotel ....You never come !!! And you postpone false things ... All what you say is wrong . We understood clearly you want an open booking ... and we don't want debit and take money . We never debit money for the open bookings ...and our cancellation policy is free of charge to 48h before the date of the arrival . But we need a guarantee to reserve your room : you had to understand that it is impossible to keep a room without any guarantee of your arrival ....That why we need a valid credit card number to take a pre- authorization .... Without any debit of money .... This mode of guarantee is the same for all the hotels in the world ! And all your accusations about our staff had been dismissed ! We hope , if you have a little consciousness that you will remove this fallacious comment ... Ridiculous and shameful ....

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in Patio Rooms 1 and 2. The rooms were spacious compared to most European hotel rooms and each had a nice size closet to hang your clothes and store your clothes. Bed was comfortable and had quality sheets. Wifi, tv and air conditioning worked well during our entire stay. There is also a mini-fridge in the room. The bathroom was huge compared to most bathrooms in Europe and there was plenty of hot water along with good water pressure. The room has floor to ceiling windows, but there are black out curtains which keep out the light if you're trying to sleep in. Outside of the patio rooms is a cozy courtyard with chairs and tables where you can read, have a drink or just relax after being out all day. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms and common areas of the hotel clean. As far as the location, it is on a quiet street and it is a quick walk to the Metro. There are plenty of grocery stores, retail shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It is in a safe area and we felt comfortable walking from the Metro to the hotel at night. All of the staff was helpful during our stay and Victor always went out of his way to answer our questions and make recommendations. My friends and I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay.

Dont' ever show up three if you have a booking for two! The capacity of the rooms is not as many persons as you can fit. Contact the hotel before you book, to know if they can accept the child.

Yes there is. A secure room just off the front lobby. And you can use it free of charge. Just ask any of the staff, they're really helpful.
