We visited Paris on our European adventure in January (low season) with my infant son and husband. The hotel is nicely situated within a block or so of the metro station and is steps away from the entrance of the Eiffel Tower complex. We were not blessed with a view of the tower, but that is a selling point. Versailles metro stop is just down the street. The staff is all very nice and the rooms are clean if a little bit small for our family of 3. Room service is prompt and daily and they refill the waters every day (which is very important for this breast feeding mom). There is no difficulty communicating in English. The breakfast is the highlight of the trip - the baguettes, the chouquettes, the financiers, the scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, hand squeezed orange juice etc. Food is fresh and wonderful and complemented by amazing service. Staff took wonderful care of us and I wish I could remember everyone's name by heart - they all loved my son and were always ready to entertain him. Celine especially took good care of us every morning. Some cons of this hotel - the dinner options around the area are so so - incredibly touristy and rather pricy. We opted to go past champ de mars around Pl Joffre. Brasserie Le Suffren especially was my favorite. Food was impeccable but might be a tad difficult if you don't speak French. Secondly, the typical tourist areas are all a bus ride or subway ride away - ie. Louvre, Notre dame etc. but not too far. Just additional things to keep in mind. Bathroom is a little bit cramped. …
We stayed two nights at the Hotel. Checking in was easy, in fact we got there at 10:30 a.m. expecting our room was not ready, but we we were able to go to our room. The room was large enough, and had a nice patio with a great view from the 9th floor. The elevators were working well, and we had very little waiting time. The staff in all areas were very friendly and willing to help. Our breakfast was included in the price, and it was very well set up, and delicious. The location was amazingly central to so many things, many choices of restaurants very close to the hotel. We went to the bar on the top floor, but though you could see the Eiffel Tower all lit up, it was not an inviting atmosphere. They wanted you buying drinks and not just coming for a picture. They only really rude staff that we encountered. Overall our experience was so positive. We were told that the top floor bar was closing the day after we were there, so hopefully the new and improved version will be a more comfortable environment (the 80’s dance club is what the recent one reminded me of). My rating was based on the hotel only.…
Nice place, good breakfast buffet But one lady was too busy and gave us a table without setup After waiting for few minutes The kind lady is happy to meet Ireka, apologizes for it, sets the table and serves coffee with a smile I find her very kind to the other guest too. Really strong service I am Appreciated her The rooms are comfortable Of course we are come again
I can't thank the Pullman enough for making my birthday a memorable one. I had previously booked next door at the Mercure but upon arrival at the Mercure experienced a not to friendly treatment and my room was extremely small. I immediately went down and walked in to the Pullman which was sold out at the booking site when I was booking my Paris stays. A few years ago I had stayed at the Pullman so I already knew it would be so much better. I was welcomed by Shams at reception and he immediately assisted me in booking my two nights, he was kind enough to even show me the room so I would be more at eased since I explained to him my horrible experience next door. Shams went above and beyond to ensure my stay at the Pullman was a pleasant one since I was there to celebrate my birthday. I then met Alberto who is the Lobby Manager, WOW what an amazing human being to say the least!! Alberto was very welcoming and made sure I had a wonderful stay, he even surprised me with a nice birthday decoration in my room. Everyone at the Pullman is very professional and welcoming. I must also shoutout Kouadio and Samir for also being extremely helpful and welcoming. The staff at the Restaurant and Bar, everyone at the Pullman! I will always stay at the Pullman when visiting Paris. Thank you all so much for making my Birthday celebration extra special. Shams, Alberto, Samir and Kouadio as well at the two beautiful ladies I met who I believe are the Hotel Managers. Thank you. I recommend the Pullman to anyone visiting Paris and wanting to stay near the Eiffel Tower, it is less than a 4 min walk, you walk out the Hotel and the beautiful Eiffel Tower is right in front of you. This hotel is walking distance to many fine eateries and cafes. The rooms with the Eiffel Tower view are worth it, rooms are spacious and kept up to date. Thank you very much! Magnolia …
Great view from our room; excellent service; friendly staff; good breakfast; can see Eiffel Tower lights from room; walking distance from river and metro; good dining options close walking distance. Will stay here again.
We had discovered this hotel when booking our plane tickets, on our arrival we had the great gift of being upgraded to a superior category room without additional charges, beautiful and large room with a beautiful view of the monuments, breakfast varied with choice and very French quality
We just got back from five nights at Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower. This was our fourth time staying at this hotel, but sadly this will be our last. Some good points, but too many issues that I can't get over. The rooms are still nice, and the breakfast is still a high point, but beyond that, lots of problems. We had a garden view balcony room (tower view was not available.). On the second night - my husband woke me up at 4am in a panic - he had been bitten all over his arm and wanted to make sure I wasn't bitten as well. Yep - you got it, Bed Bugs! We know it's bed bugs because of what they look like - bites come in groups of two. The next morning the manager came up to the room - she didn't look surprised, but she apologized and quickly moved us to another room on a higher floor. They credited us one nights stay, and we didn't see any more bed buts after that. Now they may deny that it was bed bugs - but there is no doubt that . Now I know these things happen - but I don't expect this at a hotel charging close to $500 per night. The rest of the stay - room service was absolutely horrible with piss poor attitudes and even worse food. Just disgusting - got that taken off the bill as well. Lobby employees - hit and miss. Often it was so crowded that we couldn't get the help we needed. On the 4th day - they shut off our room keys for no reason - had to go down and wait in line for 30 minutes to get keys that worked. Also that day - the battery in the safe went dead and we wasted two hours trying to get it fixed with a combo of hotel and security trying to figure out how to change the batteries. Joke. Overall - I still really like the location of Pullman Eiffel Tower - and I still like the rooms, but just too many problems and too many other choices in Paris. Next time we will stay elsewhere. (and Accor - get your act together because we also stayed at your "5star" property in Dijon and that was just terrible.)…
The location itself is amazing & our room had a one of a kind view of the Eiffel Tower, but I’m leaving this review because of the amazing customer service experience. When checking out we talked with the lobby manager Alberto who was professionally and interpersonally a pleasure to talk with. My girlfriend and I were touched by his genuine effort to connect with guests. I would never usually leave a review, but thought that Alberto was worth making the effort. Thank you for making our first stay in Paris special.
My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower hotel for 7 nights to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. What an amazing hotel it was, from the moment we checked in until our last day in Paris everything was just phenomenal. You really couldn't get a better place to stay if you wanted to be close to the Eiffel Tower and in walking distance to cafes, shops, ext. The staff were so nice, friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We can't express enough how grateful we were to meet Alberto. He's the nicest person I've ever met. He's not only kind and thoughtful but extremely professional. He went above and beyond to make our stay so special and very memorable. Definitely if you're in Paris, please come to see him, you will not be disappointed. Best lobby manager ever!Thank you so much, Alberto!!!! Our room was comfortable, the bed was great, the bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch, the bath products were good, and the housekeeping was super friendly. Breakfast at Frame Brasserie was delicious, great assortment of fruits, pastries, yogurts, eggs, cheeses, coffee, juices, ext, room service was great. Thanks to all the staff for your kindness, and hard work, and for ensuring my husband, my daughter, and I had an enjoyable stay. A special THANK YOU to Alberto for always taking care of us, he was always so helpful providing nothing but the best service for for us. Highly recommend it to my family and friends!…
Stayed 4 nights at the hotel during a conference. Location is great, many eating options nearby. Rooms are comfortable and allow for a great night of sleep. The staff is very attentive and friendly to respondo to any needs. As a first timer in Paris, arriving on a rainy Sunday, I had a few challenges (nearby restaurants were closed) and I've ran into Alberto, which kindly helped me not only with the options I could reach at a walking distance, but the language (I can't speak French) and general recommendations about the location.
