The recepcionist at night was not really nice and he didn't understand english very much, which is really bad for a hotel in a city as big as Paris, although he did try sometimes to make an effort (he was not really interested though). Also, the women serving breakfast didn't understand anything of English, which is not really good. The...

I stayed in this hotel in May of last year with my partner. After reading a lot of the reviews for this hotel online, I was slightly anxious of what to expect, however I was pleasantly surprised. Although I wouldn't exactly call this hotel luxurious, it has everything you need in order to enjoy a wonderful stay in the city....

To start off the hotel is located across the street I'm at your station and main train station. Please be in mind that check in time is to p.m. And they mean it. They allow you the store your bags behind a counter at the very front of the hotel. The room itself is Basic. We went for a private...

The location is good,in the real center, easy to get any direction. The hotel is nice and clean, staff is helpful. The room was bright and clean, breakfast wasn't various, it's the same every single day, and it's a little bit boring.

Only stay here if you have an early train out of St Lazare. The place was cheap and only about a 3 minute walk from the train tracks. It is just very old, no AC, no upgrades except the flat screen TV. It does have free wi-fi. I did not eat at the over-priced breakfast buffet. Go across the street...

The location is very good, next to the metro and railway station, but the staff is not helpful. The beds are terrible and old. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything from the hallway . Ok it is cheap but I can´t recommend it.

From when I walked into this 'place' to when I left the service was abysmal. I was treated with total disrespect...given a pokey little room in the gut of the hotel which was hot & noisy I open the window for some fresh air & was choked with the smell of a very suspicious 'herb' smell!! I was supposed to...

The biggest no-no's to me were: No mini fridge in the room. In my opinion all hotel rooms should have one. Quality of the pillows was so poor. It's also a big deal for me. At check out they made me pay the city tax although it was already included in the room rate, and the lady at reception was...
