I very rarely write reviews on Trip Advisor, but this hotel's service was so outstanding, I felt the need to share. I left my camera charger in my room (I'm a professional photographer, so it's a big ol' expensive charger...) and discovered this after leaving Paris and flying to Barcelona. I called the reception desk at Opera Cadet but they...

Wonderful hotel close to shops, cafes and transport. Although room was smallish it was well planned. We had a double and a single bed, plus 2 comfortable lounge chairs, a wardrobe and a cupboard with shelves to put our clothes. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.

Stayed here this summer. Have been in Paris a lot of times but this hotel was by far the best hotel I ever stayed in Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Relaxing in the evening in the small garden was lovely and the rooms were very clean. Great location with gare de nord only 10 minutes walk away and...

Stayed here with my husband in July and fell in love with the hotel and the area. Wonderful service and excellent food. I must single out the reception staff who were so courteous and attentive, not everywhere you still find this service. Thank you all....will return.

travelling with my husband and 15 year old son, we had booked a triple room. We were given the smallest of rooms with a bed in front of the closet so that we couldn't open it all the way. Smelly, ugly room!! Breakfast was acceptable and the location was good. I would never go back.

I was travelling with two children one of whom was in a wheelchair. The hotel, staff and guests were very accommodating and understanding of our needs. Would definitely recommend, the hotel is close to the centre of town but far enough away for easy chillaxing and Opera is a vibrant yet laid back area. Will definitely return!

I found the hotel just ok. Our room was small (not a big deal), a bit tired and in need of a renovation. They did try to keep it clean but everything was worn out. The A/C in the room was almost non existent even at the coolest setting so we had to keep the window open, but the room...

Our family of 14 stayed here for 4 nights in June. We booked this hotel due to the positive reviews of so many other posters and the fact that they had some rooms which could accomodate 2 adults and 2 children (not easy to find in Europe). As others have said, the location is excellent. If a place is not...

We consulted Trip Advisor looking for a hotel close to Gard Du Nord and came across this one. The reviews looked very promising and when we arrived the reviews were fully justified. The hotel is situated on a side street which consists of some small shops and resturants. The staff on reception were very polite when we checked in and...

Located on a lively and friendly street in the centre of Paris, near the grands boulevards with a delightful little garden to the back of the hotel. Friendly staff, impeccably clean and reasonably priced.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
