We were recommended this hotel from a business colleague who lives in France. It was perfect. I had been in contact with Christopher (concierge) since we had booked, and he was very helpful, even arranging the car to pick us up from the airport. We arrived early morning, so our room wasn't ready, but we were able to leave our...

Bonjour de Paris! What a lovely comment! All the team join me to thank you very much. The room 501 is a Deluxe Veranda and we have only 2 rooms like this in the Hotel. It's really Romantic! Do not hesitate to contact us for your next visit. Kind regards Delphine / Manager

This is a lovely, quaint little hotel just off Champs Elysées. A few minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the nearest subway station, George V. Mohammed was wonderful to us, and everyone was very sweet and friendly including Joudi and Mala. Even the house keeping staff was always smiling. We spent 4 nights here. Our a/c stopped working...

The location is GREAT! 3 minutes walk to Champs Élysées! Room was clean and nice. However, it was just a Bed & BF experience with poor variety in BF. Also, booking for shows, taxis done from the hotel were exorbitant and should be avoided at all costs. Taxi to Gare Lyon station which normally would cost 10 Euros cost us...

Dear Sir, We thank you for your comment and we are very happy to know that you liked the location and the rooms of the hotel! We don't understand why you were angry about the cost of the taxi. The normal cost to reach Gare de Lyon from the Hotel is about 25€/35€ one way. It's in the other side...

We stayed here for one week and absolutely loved it. We had the "balcony" room with a sunroom. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The lobby was clean and modern. It had an fresh scent as you entered. The best feature was the location! Walking distance to the Arc de Trimuphe and Champs Élysées.

Bonjour de Paris! What a lovely comment! All the team join me to thank you very much! It's true that our boutique hotel is like a small house with 27 rooms in a very quiet street. We hope to welcome you again very soon and do not hesitate to contact us directly! Kind regards Delphine / Manager

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was mostly positive except for the stuffiness in the room due to a non functioning air conditioner which was not fixed throughout our stay. Otherwise the staff were very pleasant and location was excellent which resulted in the cost being on the pricey side. The room was also very clean and well-maintained.

Dear Michelle, Thank you so much for your nice comment and I apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay! During this period, we put the heater in all the hotel because it's too cold outside. You have just to turn off the system in your room if it's too hot. It's true that our location in a small and...

Stayed in the beginning of September. I was travelling with my mother and we booked the Deluxe Veranda room for 5 days. It was not quite as we imagined (from looking at the pics on the website) how it would be. I guess I was expecting the pictures and that is not what we got. Silly I know but I...

Dear Sara, All the team join me to thank you very much for your nice comment! We have two Deluxe Veranda rooms in the hotel on the fifth floor, one with a bath and the other one with a shower, but the decoration is exactly the same! I 'm so surprised that you find a different decoration. Usually, all the...

The hotel is just off the Champs Elysee, close to many restaurants, the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro. The rooms were very nice with very comfortable beds, and chargers for many different brands of phones. The customer service at this hotel is what impressed us most. A few blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysses. Clean, convenient. Room was a bit dark, but better than Paris average standards. Breakfast was decent - not too expansive. Lobby very inviting and front desk staff super accommodating.
