The location was ideal, just to the Champs Elisee, L'Arc de Triomphe.... The room for one person was bigger then in the other hotels in Paris in the same standard.Very clean. Nice and helpful concierge.

The location was perfect, but the room was very very small There was many other hotels nearby with bigger rooms and less price When I been there, I saw many hotels near to us with bigger rooms and cheaper

Exceptional service, they made us feel right at home. Starting from our arrival from Gare de Lyon (Italy). They made our mother (who has mobility issues) comfortable...

only windows to smoking area, no sunlight, the staff was very kindly organising a taxi and mentioned repeatedly that a fix rate of EUR 25 is max even with traffic - thinking the customer would not realise that a normal taxi is EUR 15 (which I took when coming to the hotel)....this very unprofessional.
