I would not recommend you stay here, I ended up paying to stay in another hotel as this place was so bad. The hotel is very cramped, rooms and public spaces are tiny and the whole place smelt slightly of vinegar. The hotel really needs refurbishing and is poor even by budget hotel standards. The rooms look tired and old....

Firstly, I should mention I am a fan of Ibis properties - you know what you will get and for a great price. This place is no different. Just a ten minute walk from Paris Gare Du Nord. much closer to Anvers stop, this hotel is in a great and convenient location for arrival to Paris, and also for access...

This is a good value option for Paris, though it and it's rooms (and it's lift) are as bijou as you'd expect for Parisian budget hotels. We were in room 706 which has an inner courtyard balcony window with Eiffel tower view. It was also next to the lift, and it's announcements of arrivals at floors 6 - 8 could...

Situated between 2 metro stops and very close to the Sacre Couer, this small, clean hotel is just about right. Not too expensive considering where you are either. Lots of good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The IBIS Sacre couer is well located. Easy to rech fron the stations and just a step away from the Sacre coeur. By Metro, the city is easy to explore. The hotel itsekf is a typica IBIS hotel, clean and cosy. The rooms are tight, but you expect nothing els from hotels in Paris. the buffet for breakfast is sumptious...

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel is well situated (between 2 subways) the room and the breakfast are good. The only problem is the shower curtain (I prefere a "window"). I will come back

Nice little hotel with clean rooms and good staff. Little tiny like most hotels in Paris, however in very good location and very good prices! Only disadvantage no safe box in room. View from the little balcony was fantastic! The symbol of France! This balcony at summer time will be the ideal place to relax!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and it is ok in this price category. Hotel is well situated in Montmartre, by walking you can easily reach Sacre Coeur, Galerie Lafayette and Moulin Rouge. There are several restaurants and bars also near. Breakfast was good including various breads, two kind of cheese, ham, boiled eggs, fresh fruits and sweet pastries...

It's not a fancy hotel but perfect if you are budget conscious and would rather spend your money on food, wine and experiences, then this is the perfect spot. We didn't have a room with a view, but since we only slept there this was not a major issue. The staff were friendly and their English was great. This hotel...

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
