Small but clean room. Enough for a weekend in paris. How to get to the parking lot was not clear. Nice staff. Good location, near to train station, but not in the crowded paris area. To improve, too limited options for breakfast. Internet speed is decent.

Very clean hotel. 5 min from metro station and around 15 -20 min to the city center. Great breakfast with fresh orange juice! Great variety and everything tasted so nice. We were there Christmas time and sometimes it was very crowdy in the morning and not enough space for all. They should work on it more! Modern style rooms, spacious for only 80-85€/night included breakfast, which is great for Paris. If you do not mind staying a bit far from the center, you must try it!

I, particularly, didn't like this hotel. When sleeping in the bad, it seems you are sleeping in a rock. The bathroom is a mess, and it didn't have a glass in the shower. The staff is rude, and they pretend they don't speak English just to not help you. I will never go to a Ibis again.

Very small rooms, staff really helpful. quick walk to metro station - we had adjoining rooms for 179 euros for the 4 of us which seemed ok for a location which was just a 10 euro taxi from the city centre. We asked to book parking when we reserved and it seemed sheer chance that we got a space. Safes held centrally. Staff the best point.

A typical solid IBIS chain hotel we stayed 3 days - would recommend, felt good value The hotel is typical of an IBIS 3* chain - small rooms, small bathrooms modernly furbished, clean and comfortable yet basic. Perfectly adequate if all you want is a room for sleeping and washing only. Location was the key decider for us - It is Excellent with less than 5 minutes walk to place d'italie metro stop, with 3 metro lines, easy access to just about everywhere in central paris is within 20-30 minutes with at most one change. Immediately outside hotel the area feels quiet and safe - Offices and banks nearby, a few restaurants either immediately outside or on the place d'italie roundabout and what appears to be a massive modern shopping complex Italie Deux opposite. Car park is…

Staying at this hotel is good for me. It was not far from public transport such as buses and train, it's within walking distance. There is also a mall nearby where you can spend time shopping besides small shops within the vicinity. The hotel is small and has limited view, but it's clean and smell fresh. I had no trouble with its Aircon. I have problem with its pillows, not comfortable to me probably its thicker than what I used to so throughout my stay I sleep without pillows. Another area is there was no tea coffee making facilities so if you want to drink anytime you need to go down to reception to get it and cost you each time you drink. Staff are wonderful and helpful. The last time I was in Paris, six years ago I have problem in communicating but not now.

Very good location with easy access to public transport, and nice and clean hotel. Room was too warm during the night and had to keep the window open, which resulted in some noise, though not such a big problem.

Stayed 4 nights, room clean but extremely tiny (I know it is Paris and rooms generally are not large in the budget range hotels). Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient to a Metro station and large nearby shopping mall. Probably better suited for an overnight stay as no fridge or tea and coffee in the room. We found there was not enough space to unpack and nowhere for suitcases in our room (we had 2 large and 2 small). Also room was not soundproof and one night neighbours were very noisy. Another inconvenience was the hotel is outside the pickup zone if you are booking tours or shows. All in all not a bad little hotel it just didn't quite suit our requirements for the activities we purchased for our time in Paris and this is something we should…

I spent the weekend of 22nd-24th April with a group of 30 other people -a choir- and overall, the hotel was good, clean and breakfast was excellent. However: - the reception staff was not very obliging when querying about the contracted rates for the group, and, - I checked out of the hotel on Sunday and when i got back home i realised that I had forgotten my telephone charger in the room, so i wrote asking them to please look for it. I got a reply (for which I thanked them) saying that they didn't find the charger. Now this is impossible because it was plugged to the wall, so whoever cleaned the room after I checked out must have seen it and therefore i hold the hotel responsible for the 'disappeared' charger. I find this very disappointing because I was otherwise…

My room was very small, the bed was okay, but not bigger than a couple one. Bathroom clean.Pretty much as a Ibis one, but no space for opening more than 1 luggage, unless over the bed... Nice staff, 2 blocks from metro station, 3 to a Carrefour supermarket, many restaurants around the place d'italie to eat. Considering Paris, calm and clean place to sleep not paying much.
